CEX exchange experience
I gotta say, even though it's not perfect, I gotta give props where they're due. The support team over at this exchange really surprised me with how great they were in the past, always there to help out and communicate. The interface may have its flaws, but it gets the job done smoothly. The product itself is simple and user-friendly, making trading super easy. It's not without its hiccups, but compared to other CEX exchanges I've used, this one really shines as one of the best.

I really enjoy using this place because I can quickly deposit and withdraw my money with ease. The only downside is that they charge a lot for their services. And why don't they list the interesting tokens before they become popular? That would be amazing.
Transaction Nightmare
I wouldn't recommend using this company to anyone. I spent £600 and got hit with £87 in fees that I shouldn't have had to pay. They kept bugging me for pictures of my debit card, then out of nowhere, they shut down my account. I had to fork over even more money just to change my bitcoin back to cash and take it out. It was a total disaster!
Account issue unresolved
I just changed my account address, and now I can't trade at all. It's been days and I'm really worried about losing money. I've tried getting in touch with customer service through phone, chat, and email, but no luck. I recommend getting out of this platform as soon as possible.
Made a purchase
I bought something from this exchange and it was terrible! The fees were outrageous and they can just snatch cash from your bank account really quick with some API thing. And then when you try to get your money back, it takes a whole 5 days to withdraw it back to your bank. It's just not worth it, don't waste your time.
Issue with customer support and inefficiency in website functionality
I had a frustrating experience with customer support on this platform recently. I reached out for help with an account issue but didn't hear back for days. Even though the website told me to contact customer support, my problem wasn't fixed. The lack of help made the platform unusable for trading, which is a big deal since I've been a member since 2017. Account security issue
As someone who really cares about security and reliability, especially when it comes to handling my digital stuff, I gotta say I was totally let down by this platform. I signed up, used it for a bit, then ran into a big problem when I got a new phone with a new number. Alright, so I've been trying to access my account for about a week now but no luck. They keep telling me they're checking into it, but it's been way too long with no resolution! I've been a user of this site for a long time, and the customer service is just terrible. It's really frustrating, they definitely need to address this issue quickly!
Verification time
I've never had to deal with such a long verification process before, it's really frustrating to wait so much longer than usual just to get verified. Can we please speed things up a bit and be more efficient? 24 hours is just too long to keep customers waiting. Most places get it done in just a few hours, not a whole day. Let's expedite all KYC requests!
Deposit issue
When I went to deposit some money on the platform, I ran into a problem where my cash vanished into thin air. It was a pretty worrying situation since I really needed that money for trading. So, I hopped on the chat feature to reach out to customer support right away, but was bummed to hear that I'd have to wait a whole 3 hours.
Investment experience
My experience investing with this platform was just awful. I put in a little bit of money a couple years back, and then they told me I had made some profits, but I had to first activate my account by making a deposit that I would get back. So, I followed their instructions. But then they said I needed to make another deposit to activate it, even though I'm not sure why... it was another $1000! And then, when I tried to withdraw my profits, they said I needed insurance and had to pay another $2100. If I didn't, I wouldn't be able to get my money. The whole thing was so confusing, and even though the people I talked to were nice, they didn't explain things very clearly. Overall, it was just a terrible experience.
