Quick deposits, easy withdraws, expensive fees, wish they listed tokens earlier
I really enjoy using this place because I can quickly deposit and withdraw my money with ease. The only downside is that they charge a lot for their services. And why don't they list the interesting tokens before they become popular? That would be amazing.
Transaction Nightmare
I wouldn't recommend using this company to anyone. I spent £600 and got hit with £87 in fees that I shouldn't have had to pay. They kept bugging me for pictures of my debit card, then out of nowhere, they shut down my account. I had to fork over even more money just to change my bitcoin back to cash and take it out. It was a total disaster!

I just changed my account address, and now I can't trade at all. It's been days and I'm really worried about losing money. I've tried getting in touch with customer service through phone, chat, and email, but no luck. I recommend getting out of this platform as soon as possible.
Made a purchase
I bought something from this exchange and it was terrible! The fees were outrageous and they can just snatch cash from your bank account really quick with some API thing. And then when you try to get your money back, it takes a whole 5 days to withdraw it back to your bank. It's just not worth it, don't waste your time.

Investment experience
My experience investing with this platform was just awful. I put in a little bit of money a couple years back, and then they told me I had made some profits, but I had to first activate my account by making a deposit that I would get back. So, I followed their instructions. But then they said I needed to make another deposit to activate it, even though I'm not sure why... it was another $1000! And then, when I tried to withdraw my profits, they said I needed insurance and had to pay another $2100. If I didn't, I wouldn't be able to get my money. The whole thing was so confusing, and even though the people I talked to were nice, they didn't explain things very clearly. Overall, it was just a terrible experience.

I've been in the cryptocurrency world for about ten years now, and during that time, I've tried out a bunch of different crypto exchanges. In my opinion, the one I'm currently using is the most reliable and user-friendly. The team running this platform is made up of trustworthy people who really care about making sure their users have a safe and smooth trading experience. Their fees are fair, the interface is easy to use, and it works well for both newbies and seasoned traders. Even though I've read some bad reviews about this exchange, I've had nothing but good experiences with them personally.

This company is the worst. I couldn't do anything - couldn't buy stuff, couldn't get my money out, and it took forever to get any help. Their chat support was useless and took forever to reply, emails got ignored, and they just held onto my money forever. Stay away from them. I've had way better luck with other platforms like Coinbase.
Kraken review
Kraken is seriously lagging in reviewing the account and passport I sent in half a year ago. I'm stuck twiddling my thumbs on the site since they haven't even bothered to reply to my emails. It's been a solid two weeks now, and a hefty chunk of change is just sitting there. I've been a faithful customer for over six years, and still, nothing. All they keep saying is they're swamped and I need to keep my cool. Get it together, Kraken, give me my money back and sort this mess out!
CEX exchange experience
I gotta say, even though it's not perfect, I gotta give props where they're due. The support team over at this exchange really surprised me with how great they were in the past, always there to help out and communicate. The interface may have its flaws, but it gets the job done smoothly. The product itself is simple and user-friendly, making trading super easy. It's not without its hiccups, but compared to other CEX exchanges I've used, this one really shines as one of the best.

I had the absolute worst experience yesterday! They went ahead and closed my account out of the blue, without even giving me a reason. All I was trying to do was figure out where my money went, and they completely shut me down. They didn't even let me take out my own money. Can you believe the nerve?
Account closure
I signed up for an account and put some money in with this place, everything was going smoothly until out of nowhere they shut down my account! They wouldn't even give me a reason, just some vague excuse about "security reasons." Now I have to switch my cryptocurrency to cash, take out what's left in my account, and get all my trade and transaction history within 72 hours. It's frustrating and they're not handling it very well, they should at least give me some kind of explanation instead of leaving me hanging. Ugh, what a waste of my time and money!
