Unwanted marketing emails
I'm really frustrated with all these marketing emails that keep coming in, even though I never signed up for them. It feels like spam and it's just too much. It makes me wonder if this company can be trusted. I've tried to unsubscribe, but the emails won't stop. This is not the way to treat customers and build a good relationship.
