Online order shipping mishap
This company totally messed up my online order. The shipping address got all jumbled and now my stuff is going who knows where. I tried calling customer service, but they were completely useless. All they did was keep me on hold and couldn't even straighten out the address mix-up.

Return Shipping Fees
I was really disappointed with my experience because they didn't tell me about the return shipping fees or refunding my initial shipping costs and taxes. When I tried to return something, I got hit with these unexpected fees that I had no idea about. It's just not right that I didn't get back all the money I spent in the first place. Plus, the customer service person never mentioned anything about extra charges when they told me to send back the item with a UPS label and original packaging. They need to be more upfront about all this stuff so customers like me aren't caught off guard and can get a fair refund without any surprises.
