Cycling gear purchase
I've been a customer of this company for a while, but I won't be coming back. The customer service is basically non-existent, and trying to use the website is so frustrating. It seems like there's new ownership that's dropped the ball on taking care of customers. Although my order did show up on time and was right, the whole experience was just meh. It's like they're learning bad customer service from cheap airlines.

Overpriced readings
I was really let down by my experience with this service. The person I reached out to for readings made predictions that never panned out, even though I shelled out a lot of cash for several sessions. The timing she gave me was off, and none of the things she said would happen actually happened for me or the people I inquired about. It felt like a total waste of my time and money. If you want to know what's in store for you, I suggest talking to the person directly instead of wasting your time with these phony readers.

I got some shorts and a t-shirt from this store, but they sent me the wrong size! At first, I was really mad about it, but then I emailed them and they sorted it out right away. They gave me a refund and told me to keep the wrong items they sent by mistake. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and professional they were in handling the situation. The shorts and t-shirt I received in the correct size are really cute and comfortable!

Minimalist Transformer furniture set
The customer service over at Transformer Table was awesome, they got back to me quickly whenever I had a question or issue. I really dig how versatile all their furniture is, especially the table, bench, and coffee table. The bench easily slides under the table to make a cool side table, which is perfect for keeping things simple. The coffee table is a nice touch too, with storage space for table leafs and the ability to adjust the height for meals or working from low seats. Although, I do think the wood they use could be tougher and longer-lasting, and there's definitely some room for improvement in their quality control process.

I gotta say, the stuff I bought was really high quality. They shipped it out super fast and the customer service team was friendly and helpful. I liked that I could keep tabs on my order until it got picked up by USPS. The sizes were spot on and everything looked amazing in person, just like online. The app was easy to use and they always have new stuff to check out. I've gotten tons of compliments on my outfits and I'll definitely be coming back for more.

Hop-on hop-off bus tour purchase
The tour guides gave us really good info and knew a lot about the places we saw. But, we ran into a big problem when we had to wait for over an hour because of a road closure, and nobody told us what was going on. It was really frustrating, especially with kids in tow. In the end, we had to call the office ourselves to figure out what to do and had to make our way back to a previous stop to catch the bus back. Even though the guides were good, the lack of help when things went wrong was a major letdown.

I recently received several Christmas gifts from DICK'S and they arrived super quickly, like in just two days! It was awesome because I didn't have to pay extra for shipping like I've had to with other places I've ordered from. Plus, all the items were the right sizes and nothing was broken. Custom designed M&M's
I just got some custom M&M's and it was actually a good experience. The website was easy to use and designing them was simple. I do wish there was a tool to remove backgrounds from pictures in the design process, but overall I was happy with how they turned out. The quality of the M&M's was great too.

Business class flight experience
My partner and I had the chance to fly business class from the UK to Brisbane and back. The whole trip went really well, no hiccups with our transfers or anything. When we got on the plane, the staff was amazing - so attentive and professional, they really made sure we were comfortable the whole flight. The food, drinks, and service were top-notch. I have to give a shoutout to Kim Sun Hye and the whole crew on flight KE901 on May 21st, they were fantastic and really went above and beyond. Great job!

Wide Wale Cord Trousers
I picked up these awesome corduroy pants that were so comfy and looked amazing when I first got them. But man, after just a few wears, they totally fell apart on me! Fluff was literally pouring out of the legs and the corduroy on the front was already fraying. I have no clue what went wrong, but it was definitely a bummer. I don't think I'll be shopping with them again, which is a shame because I used to be such a big fan of their clothes.
