I've had my fair share of letdowns with website developers before, but signing up for the basic program with this company has been amazing. Everything went smoothly and I had my website up and running in no time. The platform is really easy to use, so I can make changes with no problem. The customer service team has been top-notch - they really go out of their way to help me with any issues and make sure I'm happy with the final product. Because of UENI, my business is doing great and I'm so thankful for all the hard work they've put in.

Holiday cards order
I had a terrible customer service experience. I couldn't even talk to a real person, I had to use the chat feature. Yesterday, two reps just left the chat without fixing my issue. Last year, my holiday cards never showed up, so I had to rush a new order. This year, I got charged for shipping even though there was a promo for free shipping. And the rep said they couldn't do anything about it.

Shorts and t-shirt
I got some shorts and a t-shirt from this store, but they sent me the wrong size! At first, I was really mad about it, but then I emailed them and they sorted it out right away. They gave me a refund and told me to keep the wrong items they sent by mistake. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and professional they were in handling the situation. The shorts and t-shirt I received in the correct size are really cute and comfortable!

Minimalist Transformer furniture set
The customer service over at Transformer Table was awesome, they got back to me quickly whenever I had a question or issue. I really dig how versatile all their furniture is, especially the table, bench, and coffee table. The bench easily slides under the table to make a cool side table, which is perfect for keeping things simple. The coffee table is a nice touch too, with storage space for table leafs and the ability to adjust the height for meals or working from low seats. Although, I do think the wood they use could be tougher and longer-lasting, and there's definitely some room for improvement in their quality control process.

I gotta say, the stuff I bought was really high quality. They shipped it out super fast and the customer service team was friendly and helpful. I liked that I could keep tabs on my order until it got picked up by USPS. The sizes were spot on and everything looked amazing in person, just like online. The app was easy to use and they always have new stuff to check out. I've gotten tons of compliments on my outfits and I'll definitely be coming back for more.

Christmas gifts
I recently received several Christmas gifts from DICK'S and they arrived super quickly, like in just two days! It was awesome because I didn't have to pay extra for shipping like I've had to with other places I've ordered from. Plus, all the items were the right sizes and nothing was broken. Business class flight experience
My partner and I had the chance to fly business class from the UK to Brisbane and back. The whole trip went really well, no hiccups with our transfers or anything. When we got on the plane, the staff was amazing - so attentive and professional, they really made sure we were comfortable the whole flight. The food, drinks, and service were top-notch. I have to give a shoutout to Kim Sun Hye and the whole crew on flight KE901 on May 21st, they were fantastic and really went above and beyond. Great job!

Wide Wale Cord Trousers
I picked up these awesome corduroy pants that were so comfy and looked amazing when I first got them. But man, after just a few wears, they totally fell apart on me! Fluff was literally pouring out of the legs and the corduroy on the front was already fraying. I have no clue what went wrong, but it was definitely a bummer. I don't think I'll be shopping with them again, which is a shame because I used to be such a big fan of their clothes.
