Shirt and jeans
I got this shirt and some jeans about a month ago, but it's seriously taking forever to get here. They told me it was gonna arrive in 10 days, but now they're saying it could be another two weeks. How is that even fair? This whole situation is just not cool, man.
Return Processing Fee for Canadian Customers
I recently bought something from this company, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. I'm Canadian, and I was so surprised to see that there's a hidden $10.95 USD fee for returns that they don't even mention until you're ready to send something back. Plus, they don't even give you the choice to get store credit instead. Their Happy Returns policy? Yeah, doesn't apply to us Canucks. When I called to ask about the fee, the person in the international department at first said it would be $10.95 Canadian. Then, she had to correct herself and say it was actually $10.95 USD. She even admitted that they don't really deal with Canada that much, which makes me think they don't really know their own rules. All in all, the service was awful, and they didn't stick to what they promise on their website.
Item availability issue
I just bought something from the company's website that said it was in stock. Even shelled out extra for faster shipping. But then they hit me up a few days later saying actually, it's not available. Not cool! This mix-up and lack of communication make the company's customer service look bad. It's annoying as a customer to pay for something and not get the service you expected. They need to step up their game with inventory and communication.
Coats
I just bought some coats, and man, it's been a real letdown. Three weeks later and my order still hasn't shipped. I contacted customer service, and all they could do was apologize - no real answers on when my coats would arrive. This whole thing has been frustrating and feels like a total waste of time and money. If you're in a hurry for winter clothes, I'd recommend checking out someplace else.
Cool pants for summer vacay
I bought these pants for my summer trip and only got to wear them once before I noticed the side seam was all messed up and in the front instead of on the side where it should be. It's like the seam took a wrong turn or got lost or something. I tried to return them, but they wouldn't let me because they said it's a "quality issue." I've been shopping with them for years, but after this, I'm done.
Coat purchase
I just bought this coat online yesterday afternoon, and then last night I saw the price had gone down by over $50. So I reached out to customer service about getting a refund for the difference, but they basically told me tough luck. It's frustrating to see such a company not care about keeping a loyal customer happy. I've never had such a bad experience with customer service like this before.
Tankini top & bottom
I ordered this Tankini set top and bottom, but the top just didn't fit right when I tried it on. I tried to see if I could get a replacement in my size, but they didn't have it in stock, so I had to go ahead and re-order the whole thing. I made sure to include my order number on the return slip, so they should refund me eventually, even though I had to pay for return shipping. I waited for about three weeks before reaching out to customer service because it felt like it was taking forever for them to process everything. Surprisingly, the customer service folks were pretty quick to respond to my emails. After so much worry and back-and-forth emails, my return package finally got there, but I'm still waiting on my refund!
Sport knit pants ruined
I absolutely hate these sport knit pants! I've been wearing them forever, but the new ones are just terrible. They went and changed the pattern, used less fabric, and now they're all thin and shiny. Not to mention, they shrunk after I washed them! I tried reaching out to see if they would do something about it, but I haven't heard a peep back.

I bought some clothes from this online store and had to exchange one because it didn't fit right. But when I got the refund, it was way less than what I paid. They advertised prices in Canadian dollars on their site, so I was pretty disappointed by the refund mix-up. As a Canadian shopper, I hoped for better transparency and fairness when it comes to exchanges.
Christmas order mix-up
I ordered something for Christmas, but then they told me it was out of stock and wouldn't be here until June. So I decided to get something else, but they still charged me for the first item! I tried calling to straighten it out, but they wouldn't let me cancel the order even though it hadn't even been shipped. Now I can't even return it because it hasn't been shipped. It's such a mess!

I ordered some school uniform bottoms a while back and paid extra for fast shipping. It's been weeks and my order still hasn't even shipped yet. I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they sent out my order and the great deal I got. But, I can't help but notice how there always seems to be big sales on everything, which makes me wonder if the original prices are accurate. I've been a loyal customer of this company for years, but my recent purchase of 4 turtle neck shirts left me really disappointed. Wide Wale Cord Trousers
I picked up these awesome corduroy pants that were so comfy and looked amazing when I first got them. But man, after just a few wears, they totally fell apart on me! Fluff was literally pouring out of the legs and the corduroy on the front was already fraying. I have no clue what went wrong, but it was definitely a bummer. I don't think I'll be shopping with them again, which is a shame because I used to be such a big fan of their clothes.

I went to my go-to store where I shop all the time and got some clothes, but this time they were totally off in sizes and not the best quality. I tried to return them, but they only offered me store credit instead of giving my money back. The whole return deal was a mess and they were trying to steer me toward using this sketchy website to send my items back. It's like a whole different crew is running the place now and it's just not the same. So long, beloved store.
Recent experience with returns
I was just really disappointed with the customer service at the company, especially when it came to trying to return something. It used to be super simple to send stuff back and get a label for it. But now, it's like they've made it way more complicated and there's all these extra steps involved. I've been a loyal customer for many years, but I'm really bummed about the recent changes in the company. The customer service has gone downhill, and they're not showing any loyalty to us long-time customers. It's really sad to see a company that I used to trust and appreciate treat their customers like this. That's why I've decided I don't want to do business with them anymore.
Jacket purchase
I just got this jacket from a company and man, ordering it was a breeze. But then things went south when it came to getting it delivered. I forked over extra for faster shipping but still ended up waiting weeks for it to show up. I reached out to customer service and they said they'd give me a refund, but I haven't seen a dime yet. Excellent shirts ,best brand from US cotton masters.I liked plain shirts ,colors just loved in first look.Few shirts I have collected from here
One best quality of these shirts is all time looks pressed ,no stretching.I liked traditional as tailored and slim fit options are available.
Three colors French blue,light blue and complete white.all three options selected .Usable for office and casual.
Prices are well affordable ,I find them as per normal market.But the quality of fabric called Supima ,best cotton manufacturer of our country.
I have also seen in different reviews and I too facing some delay in delivery that is understandable reason well known to everyone.
