Suit set order
I ordered this awesome suit with pants and a jacket for a wedding I'm attending. The pants arrived no problem, but the jacket is missing! I paid for everything, so now I'm struggling to get them to send me a new one. It's really stressing me out because I really need that suit for the wedding. The clothes are great, but dealing with their customer service is a nightmare. I definitely won't be ordering from them in the future.

Custom bridesmaid dresses
I am so frustrated with the customer service and the quality of these dresses! I wanted to get some custom bridesmaid dresses for my best friend's wedding, but it turned out to be a complete mess. The dresses didn't fit right at all because they didn't follow the measurements I provided. They were either too tight or too loose. When I called customer service to express my concerns, they were no help at all and didn't seem to care. I had to spend extra money on alterations just to make the dresses work. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs!

Boost evo purchase
I just got a Boost evo, but was bummed to see a hair stuck inside the glass part, making it impossible to hold water. Luckily, the company's customer service was really great. They quickly sent me a new glass piece, showing they care about keeping customers happy. It's not often you come across such top-notch customer service these days, so it was nice to see a company really go the extra mile to fix things promptly.

Bike accessories purchase
I recently bought some bike stuff from Swinnerton Cycles and ran into a little issue with my order. But, I chatted with James at the store and he was super nice, helpful, and straight-up about the problem. He told me that one part of my order would be shipped right away, and the other part would come later once they got it from the supplier. I know things can go wrong sometimes, especially now, but it was nice to be able to talk to someone at the store directly and work it out together.

HR Department Experience
My experience with the HR department at this place was really disappointing. There's just so much racism, segregation, discrimination, and inequality going on within the team, it's just not right. Out of the four HR workers, Denise was the only one who seemed to treat everyone fairly. But the VP of HR? They definitely have a bias against the lower-paid employees, especially the Hispanic and black workers. It's just not cool.

Hotel stay at Plano
My stay at the hotel in Plano was terrible. I used to travel a bunch for work back when I had a 9-5 job, and I'd usually stay at Hilton hotels. But this time, when I asked for some extra towels at the Hilton Hampton Inn in Plano, the staff just told me to go down to the front desk and ask there. They were so unwelcoming! I ended up requesting a refund for 3 of the 5 days I was there, but even reaching out to Corporate didn't do anything to fix the issue.

The roses I ordered arrived in such great shape! They were exactly as promised, and I was truly amazed at how simple it was to buy 100 fresh roses online and get them brought right to my place. The service was top-notch, and I can't stop telling all my buddies how awesome my experience was. I'll for sure be coming back for more.

Jacket purchase
I just got this jacket from a company and man, ordering it was a breeze. But then things went south when it came to getting it delivered. I forked over extra for faster shipping but still ended up waiting weeks for it to show up. I reached out to customer service and they said they'd give me a refund, but I haven't seen a dime yet. Their lack of communication and not following through is really getting to me.

Boots
Wow, these boots are seriously amazing. I got them and they're better than all the fancy brand shoes I know. The shape is so nice and the stitching is super strong. The sole is like magic cause it's not slippery like regular shoes. And the leather is so pretty! I'm obsessed and definitely getting more shoes from here soon.

I bought some coffee, it was good.
I absolutely love this place because their coffee is delicious! I've been enjoying their coffee for about ten years now and every blend I've tried has been amazing. My favorites are Nizza, Corsica, and Decaf Monte Carlo. Sometimes I order online and my coffee arrives super fast, usually within just a couple of days. There was one time they forgot part of my order, but I contacted customer service and they fixed it immediately. Their customer service is top-notch.
