I absolutely love this place because their coffee is delicious! I've been enjoying their coffee for about ten years now and every blend I've tried has been amazing. My favorites are Nizza, Corsica, and Decaf Monte Carlo. Sometimes I order online and my coffee arrives super fast, usually within just a couple of days. There was one time they forgot part of my order, but I contacted customer service and they fixed it immediately. Their customer service is top-notch.

I've been a customer for a long time and have been ordering online for years, especially during this whole pandemic situation. I really appreciate the free shipping and always make sure to look for a discount code when placing my orders. The one thing that bugs me is that I can't pre-order subscription packages with the discount. Besides that, I have nothing but good things to say about the service - it's been top-notch.
