Folding e-bike purchase
I recently bought a folding e-bike, but when I got it home, I realized that the seat was too low for me, even though I'm shorter than the max height. Swinnertons was able to fix it really fast and brought the bike back to me in no time!
Carbon fiber bike part
My experience with Swinnerton Cycles was really disappointing. I bought a carbon fiber bike part that was already pricey, but then got hit with an unexpected £15 postage fee. When I asked about why I had to pay extra, they were rude and dismissive. They didn't give me a good reason for the fee and just canceled my order without asking me first. Their customer service was just not good and left me feeling unhappy. Then I looked at their online reviews and saw a strange pattern with lots of five-star or one-star ratings, which made me think they might be manipulating their feedback. Finding this out made me trust them even less.
New bike helmet
I got this really awesome new bike helmet from Swinnerton Cycles but I had to give them a call to see what was up with the delay. Turns out they didn't have it in stock immediately but the dude on the phone was super helpful and told me all about it. Would've been nice to know that in an email, though.
Son's birthday bike
I was in a hurry to find a bike for my son's birthday, and Swinnerton Cycles really came through for me. Their customer service was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect bike. They were so knowledgeable and friendly, making sure I knew everything about the bike and how to use it. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. As a busy mom with four kids, I'll definitely be going back to Swinnerton Cycles for bikes for the whole family. Thanks so much, you guys are awesome!
Replacement rims ordered
I've had a really bad experience with Swinnerton Cycles. I ordered replacement rims, they gave me a delivery time, and I'm still waiting for my order. I emailed them twice but haven't heard back. It's frustrating because they said they had the stock but it seems like they don't. Now, I have to spend my time trying to get a refund. I'm really disappointed with their poor communication and customer service.
New bike
I got really pumped up about getting a new bike from these guys because I thought they had it ready to go. But it turns out they don't even have it in stock, so now I have to wait for my money back before I can try to find it somewhere else. Such a bummer!
Warranty work on my bike
I had to take my bike in for some warranty work, and even though I didn't buy it from that place, they handled everything with Shimano and fixed it up without any issues. I appreciated how they kept me in the loop with updates, and the repair was top-notch. Definitely recommend them for bike repairs!
Bike accessories purchase
I recently bought some bike stuff from Swinnerton Cycles and ran into a little issue with my order. But, I chatted with James at the store and he was super nice, helpful, and straight-up about the problem. He told me that one part of my order would be shipped right away, and the other part would come later once they got it from the supplier. I know things can go wrong sometimes, especially now, but it was nice to be able to talk to someone at the store directly and work it out together.
Saddle warranty replacement
I had a warranty issue with a saddle I bought at the shop recently. Will, one of the staff members, really helped me out and quickly got the warranty replacement from the supplier. I was surprised at how easy and smooth the whole process was, and I really appreciated the great customer service I got. Not every store would go the extra mile to take care of an issue like this so quickly, so I'm thankful for the awesome service from the team at the shop. Overall, my experience with the warranty replacement was great and I would definitely recommend this shop to others for their cycling needs.
Bike accessories
Swinnerton's is the best! Their customer service is top-notch, always staying in touch with me through calls and emails. They delivered my order right on time, just like they said they would. They have some really unique items you can't find elsewhere. And get this, when I made a mistake with my order, they went above and beyond to help me out and even gave me credit when they couldn't fix it. Talk about amazing service! I used to run my own bike shop, and let me tell you, Swinnerton's meets the same high standards I always strived for. They're just incredible!
Aerobar kit purchase
The customer service here is fantastic! The employees know their stuff and took the time to really break down how aerobar kits work. I was super impressed by how knowledgeable and helpful they were. It definitely gave me the confidence to go ahead with my purchase.
Bike purchase for Christmas
I bought a bike online from this company as a Christmas present for my daughter. However, the whole experience was pretty bad. I didn't get any updates on the shipment after waiting for a week, so I decided to call customer service for some answers. They told me not to worry, the bike would make it in time for Christmas. But then another week passed, and I had to email them to ask about the delay. To my surprise, a week before Christmas, I got a call saying they hadn't even received the bike and had canceled my order. This lack of communication and efficiency is just not okay, I really wouldn't recommend buying from this company.
Custom bike parts
Swinnerton Cycles really came through for me when I needed custom bike parts. I hadn't shopped there before, but they totally exceeded my expectations. They had the parts I needed in stock and delivered them super quickly, not just once but three times! Their communication was top-notch too - they even let me know right away when a part I was waiting for became available.
Heavily reduced cycling items
I found this really good deal while browsing on Google, and even though I saw some bad reviews, I still decided to go for it. I used PayPal for security and my stuff actually arrived just 2 days later all the way to Northern Ireland. Gotta say, I was pretty impressed with the price and the service from this online shop. Definitely one of the better online shopping experiences I've had recently.
Custom-built road bike
I just bought a custom road bike and I have to say, the people at the store really knew their stuff. They helped me pick the right size frame and choose the best components for me. They were confident and professional the whole way through. Their attention to detail and commitment to making sure I was happy were clear at every stage.

Brake springs replacement
I had to swap out the springs in my TT bike brakes, so I found the replacement parts at Swinnerton Cycles. I wasn't totally sure if they would work, but I figured I'd give it a go. Turns out, I was pleasantly surprised by how quick they were - I put in the order on a bank holiday Monday, they sent the parts out on Tuesday, and I got them in my hands by Wednesday at lunchtime. Their service was seriously impressive. And guess what? The parts fit like a glove and now my brakes are back to their smooth self.
eBike lights purchase
I just bought a set of eBike lights from this online store and let me tell you, I am super impressed. At first, I was a bit worried about buying them because I saw some bad reviews on Trustpilot. But I took a chance since they were connected to a real bike store, which made me feel better about it. And I'm so glad I did because the service I got was awesome. The eBike lights were just like they said, packaged well, and came really quickly. Plus, you can't beat the price. I'm thrilled with my purchase and how everything went down.

I just bought some bike accessories from this store, and let me tell you, it was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. So, I'm browsing their website and it says the stuff I want is in stock. Cool, right? But just to be sure, I decide to give them a call, and guess what? Turns out, they actually have to order it from their supplier. Bummer. But, the person on the phone was nice enough to give me an idea of when it would arrive, and wouldn't you know it, it came right on time. The prices were awesome too, couldn't beat them anywhere else. The only hiccup was that initial mix-up with the stock on the website.
