I just bought two things from this company for the first time and I have to say, I'm super impressed with how good they are and how nicely they were packaged. Wide size shoe purchase
I have big feet, so I was hesitant at first, but I decided to try them out anyway. And, wow, these shoes are amazing! It's so great to finally find a company that gets that everyone's feet are different. The wide size choices are a total game-changer for those of us with bigger feet who have had a hard time finding shoes that actually feel good. I bought some boots and a bunch of shoes, and I am seriously impressed with how well they fit and how good the quality is.

Son's birthday bike
I was in a hurry to find a bike for my son's birthday, and Swinnerton Cycles really came through for me. Their customer service was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect bike. They were so knowledgeable and friendly, making sure I knew everything about the bike and how to use it. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My first time shopping at this store was amazing. As soon as I walked in, a really friendly customer service person welcomed me and they knew so much about the products, they were super helpful with my purchase. The staff were really professional and did everything they could to make sure I had a great shopping trip. The products they had were top-notch quality and the store itself had a really welcoming atmosphere. I was so impressed by how customer-focused they were, I'll definitely be back for more shopping in the future.

I'm absolutely loving my new sandals from this store! I've gotten shoes from this brand in the past and they're always incredibly comfortable. The color is just perfect for summer and matches everything. And can we talk about the price? It was such a great deal! On top of that, the free delivery was a major plus. I ordered them late last night and they showed up this morning. I think I'm gonna make this store my go-to from now on.

Compression sleeve for knee
I bought this sleeve to help ease the pain in my knee before I had surgery. Now that the surgery is done, I’m using it to help reduce swelling. The fit is great, thanks to the measurement guide that helped me choose the right size. It’s really comfortable and simple to put on and take off. It did take a bit longer to arrive, but that’s probably because it came from another country.

TRIAERO A9 frame from a Chinese bicycle brand
I was having a hard time deciding which Chinese bike brand to go with, but in the end, I went with the TRIAERO A9 frame. It's super light and goes perfectly with my full Dura Ace setup. With pedals included, it weighs in at 7.37kgs, and I was blown away by how well it performed on the road. The mechanical hydraulic system also worked like a charm. I also have to give a shoutout to their customer service - top-notch. Highly recommend!

Blocked account with funds not released
I had the same thing happen to me where my account got blocked and my money was stuck. It's really annoying when you're just trying to dip your toe into a platform with a little cash before going all in, but then you're stuck not being able to touch your own money. I tried contacting customer service, just like the other person did, but I haven't gotten any help either. It's a huge warning sign when a platform locks you out of your account and won't give you back your money.

I just got a gel nail polish set from this company and wow, I am seriously blown away. The products are top-notch, they last forever, and they look super stylish and on trend.
