    I just got myself a new pair of running shoes from this store and I am super happy with how everything turned out. They had a really good selection of shoes, with all kinds of styles and sizes to pick from. The people working there were really helpful and knew their stuff, they gave me some great advice on which shoes would work best for me. The shoes themselves are top-notch, super comfy and they seem like they'll hold up well for my workouts. All in all, I'm really satisfied with my buy and I would definitely suggest this store to others.

    I really like the stylish clothes and high-quality products, but sometimes the sizes can be a little off. The customer service is great though, they always have good recommendations for sizing and returns are simple. The delivery time is fair, it's about the same as Zara.

    I just bought something online from this place and was really surprised to see they tack on a $6.99 fee for returns. Can you believe that? I get that some places make you pay for return shipping, but charging a fee just to send something back is crazy. How can they get away with that in today's cutthroat retail world? When I shop online, I expect a certain level of service and ease, and this policy totally misses the mark. Needless to say, I'll be shopping somewhere else from now on.

    Replacement strap for Maestra bag

    I reached out to the company to get a new strap for my Maestra bag, and man, it's been a real letdown. The customer service guy, Cheng, was super slow in getting back to me and took forever to actually check out my request. It took a whole 2 months from the time I first contacted them to get the replacement strap, and when it finally showed up, it was totally the wrong color. Even though I double-checked the color with them! Now they want me to send back the incorrect strap before they'll send me the right one, adding even more time to the process. This whole thing has been a complete mess, and the service I got is definitely not what you'd expect from a fancy brand. I've got a bunch of bags from this company, but after this mess, I won't be buying from them again. Dealing with their customer service just isn't worth the hassle, even if the product quality is good.

    Faulty Security System

    The security system I bought was a total disaster. The alarm just kept going off for no reason, which was so frustrating. And then, when they sent me a replacement, the brain was missing! Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. Their customer service was no help at all and just left me feeling even more frustrated.

    I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the customer service I got from this company. Even though they were dealing with supply chain issues because of the pandemic, they really went out of their way to make sure my order was taken care of. They even let me know right away by text when the item I wanted was out of stock, and instead of just giving me a refund, they suggested a different product. That kind of communication and problem-solving is really top-notch and I think other online stores should take note. I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future.
