    Very useful products, especially these days when over smart people watching our houses .These people are devoted towards best and affordable services round the clock.
    On trail basis firstly they secured my garage and after few months later I preferred to make whole house area under my own supervision on finger tips.Camera and sensors prevent unwanted entries , especially door bell camera is working greatly because this is a function when people is inside.Otherwise main function to monitor activities make every penny value when I am outside.
    No over charged , also gives option to take systems back if didn't find suitable or workable.

    Door lock replacement, camera connectivity issue

    My experience with the product has been pretty frustrating since the beginning. The first door lock was messed up and needed replacing, which was a pain and caused some annoying delays. Lately, I've been having trouble connecting my camera after getting a new router for my internet. I called for help a bunch of times, but they told me I needed to use an Ethernet cord for the connection. Getting this cord was a whole ordeal, like I had to jump through hoops to find it. It was really disappointing to see how unprepared and unorganized they were in fixing this problem. And waiting so long for a replacement cord just made dealing with customer service even more aggravating.

    Alarm system purchase

    Hey, so I got this alarm system over the phone and man, it was a complete disaster! They didn't mention that it relied on my Internet, and boom, I ended up stuck in a three-year contract! I was under the impression it was month-to-month, but nope. I never even got the chance to use the equipment and they were still charging me. What a total rip-off! I returned the equipment but they're still hounding me to pay for services I never received. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company - it's a total scam!

    I've had a super frustrating time with my home security system. The panels and z-wave devices keep giving me problems, causing all sorts of crashes and malfunctions. When I tried to get a newer panel, they wouldn't let me unless I restarted my contract and paid a whole new fee. It's frustrating that they're not flexible, and it's making me question how reliable this product really is.

    Unauthorized payment processing

    The customer service at this company is just awful. I called to make a one-time payment, and right from the start, it was nothing but lies and deceit. The rep I talked to, Debbie Elliot, told me the payment wouldn't go through until certain conditions were met, but despite me asking multiple times and our agreements on recorded calls, they went ahead and processed it illegally. When I tried to cancel my account, they hit me with more fees and excuses. The boss, Chris, even said I couldn't cancel my contract, which is totally not true and goes against my rights. This whole mess has cost me way too much money and stress, so I'm taking legal action against them for their shady tricks.

    My experience with the home security system from this company was a total letdown. The sales rep talked me into buying it, but it turned out the system just wasn't compatible with my older house - the doors were all wonky and didn't fit right. I tried reaching out to the company for help, but all they could offer were quick fixes that didn't really solve the problem.     This company is a total nightmare to deal with, I swear. I'm on the phone with them every single month trying to fix the never-ending problems with my home security system. They keep finding new issues with the sensors and the brain of the system, so I've had to replace equipment multiple times and pay for it myself. Even with all these replacements, they still can't seem to get my system running right. It's so frustrating dealing with all this faulty stuff and their customer service that can't seem to get it together. I don't mind shelling out for a good product, but I expect it to actually do what it's supposed to do. Overall, I'm beyond disgusted.

    Numerous issues with product knowledge, incorrect shipments, and ineffective installation.

    I've had a lot of frustrating experiences with this service. The sales reps don't seem to know much about what they're selling, I keep getting the wrong stuff shipped to me, and even the technicians they send out to set things up are clueless. I've tried to bring up these issues and they always say they'll fix it, but nothing changes. The dispatch team is nice, but they don't have a good system for checking who they're sending help to, so I've had to cancel false alarms. Dealing with broken equipment, bad installations, and struggling to actually use the service has been a constant headache.

    Faulty alarm sensor

    I bought an alarm system from this company not too long ago, but I've been having some trouble with one of the sensors. It's super annoying because I signed a three-year contract, so now I'm stuck with a sensor that's acting up. Basically, if I try to arm the alarm from inside the house instead of using the app from outside, it goes off. I've called customer service and even had them replace the sensor, but no luck - it still doesn't work right. It's frustrating that I can't count on this sensor to keep my home safe and that I can't figure out how to fix it myself. Maybe I'll have to give in and have the alarm company send someone out to take a look.

    Existing sensors takeover switch

    I bought this switch thing to connect our old door/window sensors, but man, installing it has been a real pain. The tech support folks have been trying to assist, but without any background in circuit boards, it's tough. I really wish the salesperson had been straight up about how hard it would be to set this thing up. Now, trying to find someone who can work on stuff from a different company is a headache.
