Discriminatory incident
I wanted to let you know about something that happened at your place that really bothered me. One of your workers unfairly assumed a Black woman was sneaking in for breakfast when she was actually staying at the hotel. Instead of handling it calmly, the employee called the cops on her, which made the situation worse. It was obvious from the video that the employee acted in a disrespectful and unprofessional way. Even after realizing the mistake, no one said sorry, and the guest couldn't stay longer. I'm really let down by how nobody took responsibility or showed any empathy in this situation.

Cologne, missing receipt
I can't believe the nerve of this store! They didn't even include a receipt in the box and the cologne I bought seems super old. How do they expect people to keep shopping with them if they can't even do the basics right? And forget about trying to call them to complain, there's no phone number listed anywhere. It's like they just don't care about making sure their customers are happy.

I finally found the perfect black dining chairs I've been searching for at Bison Office. Other places either wouldn't ship to my state or wanted to charge me crazy shipping fees. I've had a lot of frustrating experiences with this service. The sales reps don't seem to know much about what they're selling, I keep getting the wrong stuff shipped to me, and even the technicians they send out to set things up are clueless. I've tried to bring up these issues and they always say they'll fix it, but nothing changes. The dispatch team is nice, but they don't have a good system for checking who they're sending help to, so I've had to cancel false alarms. Dealing with broken equipment, bad installations, and struggling to actually use the service has been a constant headache.

Overpriced Skincare
The skincare products are alright, but honestly, you can find better options at your nearby drugstore that are gentler on sensitive skin. A bunch of them have a strong scent, which could be bothersome for folks with sensitive skin. I do like the simple branding and idea, but the products themselves don't really deliver. Like, the Japan moisturizer leaves your skin feeling sticky, and the Plantastic and Super Healthy Skin stuff is way too overpowering in the scent department.
