I recently ordered some Santa socks from this company and I gotta say, the whole ordering process was super easy and quick. Even though I haven't gotten my socks yet, I've been really impressed with the awesome customer service I've gotten. Right after I placed my order, I got a cool email from this guy Jason, who confirmed all my order details and gave me info on when I can expect my socks. It was nice to get that personal touch in the email, it made me feel like a valued customer and assured me that my order was in good hands. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the effort to keep me updated throughout the process. I'm really excited to get my Santa socks and see how great they are in person!
Personalized Shirt for Husband
The customer service at this store is amazing. They really went the extra mile to make sure the personalized shirt I ordered for my husband was just right. When the first print wasn't up to par, they took it upon themselves to redo it without me even having to say anything. And to top it off, they even gave me a partial refund for the inconvenience. Even though the delivery was a little late, the shirt quality and the top-notch customer service totally made up for it. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone in search of personalized items with exceptional service.

I just got a custom picture from this place, and I was bummed when I saw that the date was all messed up. Instead of the right year, it was way off in the future. It was totally my bad, I entered the wrong year when I ordered it. But the customer service folks were awesome when I reached out to them. They fixed it super quick with no problem at all, and I only had to cover the cost of shipping for the fixed picture. I'm really grateful for their help. Thanks a bunch!
Custom Tshirt with poorly placed photos
My custom Tshirt came in and the photos were all messed up, not what I was hoping for after seeing the ads. So, I contacted customer service to see if they could help, and they replied super quick and were really nice about it. They fixed the problem right away without any problems, and I'm so happy they took care of my complaint. I just got a custom photo tire cover and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The photo looks exactly like it did in the picture and the size fits my tire perfectly. I just got some socks from this store and buying them was a breeze. But then a few days later, I got an email saying they were out of stock and I'd be getting a refund. I bought some Christmas socks from this company not too long ago. Gotta admit, I was pretty let down by the quality of the socks. They were thin, itchy, and didn't hold up too well after washing them just once. The designs on the socks were cute, but the overall quality wasn't up to par. I really wanted some cozy socks to get me in the spirit of the holidays, but these just didn't cut it. I won't be buying socks from this company again, that's for sure.
Projection bracelet
I got the projection bracelet and man, it was a huge disappointment. The photo quality was really bad, like those old school flip phone pictures from back in the 90s. It was all black and white and super grainy. Definitely not cute. But I will give credit where it's due, the customer service was excellent. They constantly kept me in the loop about my order and made sure I knew exactly what was happening.

I got these Santa socks with a custom head, but they totally messed it up. The body and head were totally different colors, and they wouldn't do anything to fix it. I was really bummed out because the design was super cute, but now it just looks weird. I wouldn't suggest getting the head customization, especially if you're a person of color.
