Trips with amazing circuits and combined big trips
I really dig this travel agency! I've gone on like 3 or 4 trips with them and everything went really smoothly. Once my flight got canceled, but they totally took care of it and offered me new flights to pick from. It was amazing. Their tours and big combined trips are always awesome, and there's always someone who speaks your language and treats you really well in the country you're visiting. The only thing I think they could improve on is being more clear with communication around the clock, but besides that, they're awesome!

Gemstone ball markers
I ordered five gemstone ball markers from this company, but when my package showed up, only two were there. I waited a week and still no sign of the missing markers, so I decided to contact customer service. The lady I talked to said sorry for the mix-up and quickly got the other three markers sent out to me.

Detox tea purchase
I tried the detox tea from this brand, and honestly, it was totally useless. It didn't help me shed any pounds, and actually made me feel all bloated and uncomfortable. The flavor was okay, but it definitely didn't live up to the results they promised. Even though I followed the directions exactly, I didn't feel any different or see any changes in my body. Overall, I wouldn't suggest this product to anyone searching for a good detox option.

I reached out to customer service, and in just a few hours, the rep had my issue fixed. They not only helped me with the exchange quickly, but also offered me some new jewelry options. Plus, they applied the discount from my first order to my new purchase. I ended up spending more than I planned, but it was worth it for the great service and quality. Hoop earrings
I was totally bummed out by those hoop earrings I bought from this company. They were way worse than I expected. The quality was pretty low, and they didn't match the pics on the website at all. The metal looked cheap and the design wasn't as fancy as they made it seem. Plus, they felt weak and bent easily, which stunk since I paid a good amount for them. In the end, I wasn't happy with what I got and I wouldn't tell anyone to buy from this company.
