We hung this map on our living room wall and it's become one of those pieces people notice right away. The material feels solid, the print is sharp, and the LED lights give a soft backlight — not too flashy, which I like. First control box arrived dead, so the lights didn't work at first; a hassle to troubleshoot, but customer service replied fast and shipped a replacement without much fuss. The new control fixed everything and the map now works as intended. We use it as a cozy background in the evenings and it's a genuine conversation starter when friends drop by. Not perfect, but worth it.
Small gamble, big payoff
I was halfway through unboxing when I remembered why I hesitated — I'd read mixed reviews and had one too many flaky products from small makers before. The map looked great though, so I kept going. A few months in the LEDs died and yes, I was annoyed, but customer support was actually quick and real. Yuliya walked me through fixes, and when that didn't cut it she arranged a proper repair without drama. It fixed my doubts; the piece sits on my wall and people stop to stare. Glad I took the risk — it feels solid and personal, not like cheap decor. Delivery was smooth and price felt fair.
Paid for speed, got silence
don’t count on the expedited shipping or the support — I paid extra and still waited and waited. I placed my order on June 4 for my husband’s anniversary; they advertise 3–5 business days and here we are on June 13 with no package. I’d read Kathy’s note about her daughter’s map and figured it wouldn’t happen to me, but it did. I emailed yesterday and got no answer. The site chat is clearly a bot and the phone number listed, (484) 510-1185, either doesn’t work or goes nowhere. I tried calling at different times, left nothing but silence. It’s disappointing because smaller sellers usually answer. A quick update or a human reply would’ve fixed most of this, but that never came.
Beautiful, Easy assembly, Fun
I am really happy with the product I bought because it went above and beyond what I was expecting. It's not just nice to look at, but it was also super simple to assemble. Putting it together bit by bit was actually really enjoyable and made me even more satisfied with my purchase. I'm definitely pleased with my order and couldn't be happier.
Puzzle set
I bought a puzzle set not too long ago and I was bummed to find out that even though the label was made on May 1st, the item hasn't been shipped out yet. It's pretty annoying to have to deal with this delay in the shipping process because now I have no idea when I'm going to get my hands on what I purchased.
Wooden map purchase
I did some research on wooden maps from different places and I found that this one has the best quality and looks the nicest. I really like how they pay attention to the details and give clear information about what you get with each map. It made it easy for me to pick out the perfect design I was looking for. I think the country pins are a great touch, they make the map look more colorful and they're fun to use for keeping track of where I've been.

Home-office dark map with lake/river and mountain accents
The quality of this product is seriously awesome. The dark, single-colored map with bright lake/river and mountain highlights looks just right in my home office. Awesome map puzzle
I recently got a really cool map puzzle and my family and I had a great time putting it up on the wall. It was a lot of fun and we even learned some interesting facts about geography. Large world map
I was completely amazed by the incredible craftsmanship of the huge world map I bought from here. It really spruced up the vibe of my living room and always gets people talking whenever we have guests over. I first got a smaller map after seeing one at a friend's place, but then decided to go all out with the bigger one to take up a whole wall. My wife and I have a blast reliving our past travels as we gaze at the map and stick markers on all the spots we've visited.
Wooden desk organizer
I bought a wooden desk organizer from this company, and I gotta say, I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication about my order. I placed it on April 24th, and the email said I'd get it by April 30th. But it's been over a week since then, and still no desk organizer. The UPS tracking info they gave doesn't even work, which is just making me more frustrated. As a customer, I expect better service and communication about my purchase.
Wooden pieces for a table
I bought a set of wooden pieces for a table from this company not long ago. Was pretty bummed to see that some of the pieces didn't sit flat. But when I reached out to customer service, they were really understanding. I sent them some videos and they sent me replacement parts. It took a pretty long time, over 3 months, to get everything sorted out, but I get that they're dealing with some tough stuff in their country. I really respect their commitment to their product and making things right.
Wood art purchase
I came across this company and really liked an art piece for my wall. When the box arrived, 2 pieces were damaged. Luckily, they sent me replacements right away. I love the art piece on my wall now, it brings me so much joy. Just wanted to say keep up the great work!
Quality maps, accessories, fast delivery, proactive customer service, wooden flag pins
I just bought some great maps and cool accessories from this company. I got them delivered super fast, even earlier than I thought! But, oops, I accidentally ordered wooden flag pins instead of the push pins I needed. Luckily, the customer service team reached out to me and gave me a discount on the right product. Yuliaa from customer service was super nice and helpful the whole time.
Custom Map Purchase
The custom map I ordered is absolutely amazing! The level of detail and craftsmanship is seriously impressive. However, I ran into a few issues along the way. Firstly, the estimated processing and shipping time on the website was way off, so I was left wondering when my order was actually going to show up. The tracking number they gave me didn’t even have an expected delivery date, which just made things even more confusing. On top of that, my map arrived without those little corner stickers meant for helping hang it up on the wall. Luckily, the Customer Service team was super quick to respond and hooked me up with a PDF file so I could print the stickers myself. Props to them for being so helpful and even reaching out to me on Whatsapp. Great customer service!
World map XXL in Terra wood with LED lighting
Two years ago, me and my family bought this huge world map made of Terra wood from this company. We were so happy with how well-made it was. Lately, we saw an ad for some LED lights that could go with our map, so I contacted them to ask about getting some clear lights. But I didn't hear back after sending about four messages to their customer service rep, Maryna. Even though we loved our original purchase, not getting any response about the LED lights was a letdown and now we're not very happy with the whole experience.
