I bought a set of wooden pieces for a table from this company not long ago. Was pretty bummed to see that some of the pieces didn't sit flat. But when I reached out to customer service, they were really understanding. I sent them some videos and they sent me replacement parts. It took a pretty long time, over 3 months, to get everything sorted out, but I get that they're dealing with some tough stuff in their country. I really respect their commitment to their product and making things right.
Wood art purchase
I came across this company and really liked an art piece for my wall. When the box arrived, 2 pieces were damaged. Luckily, they sent me replacements right away. I love the art piece on my wall now, it brings me so much joy. Just wanted to say keep up the great work!
Quality maps, accessories, fast delivery, proactive customer service, wooden flag pins
I just bought some great maps and cool accessories from this company. I got them delivered super fast, even earlier than I thought! But, oops, I accidentally ordered wooden flag pins instead of the push pins I needed. Luckily, the customer service team reached out to me and gave me a discount on the right product. Yuliaa from customer service was super nice and helpful the whole time.
Custom Map Purchase
The custom map I ordered is absolutely amazing! The level of detail and craftsmanship is seriously impressive. However, I ran into a few issues along the way. Firstly, the estimated processing and shipping time on the website was way off, so I was left wondering when my order was actually going to show up. The tracking number they gave me didn’t even have an expected delivery date, which just made things even more confusing. On top of that, my map arrived without those little corner stickers meant for helping hang it up on the wall. Luckily, the Customer Service team was super quick to respond and hooked me up with a PDF file so I could print the stickers myself. Props to them for being so helpful and even reaching out to me on Whatsapp. Great customer service!
World map XXL in Terra wood with LED lighting
Two years ago, me and my family bought this huge world map made of Terra wood from this company. We were so happy with how well-made it was. Lately, we saw an ad for some LED lights that could go with our map, so I contacted them to ask about getting some clear lights. But I didn't hear back after sending about four messages to their customer service rep, Maryna. Even though we loved our original purchase, not getting any response about the LED lights was a letdown and now we're not very happy with the whole experience.
Travel map purchase
I just bought a travel map from this store and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good the materials and finishings are. The flag pins are a nice touch and they make it easier to keep track of where you've been or where you want to go next. The delivery was fast and setting it up was super easy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product to any travel lover who wants a cool and useful map for their home decor. Thumbs up all the way!
Beautiful map and flag map pins
I'm really happy with my recent purchase of the beautiful map and flag map pins. The map looks great hanging on my office wall and adds a nice pop of color. There have been a few small pieces that have fallen off, but overall I think it's really well-made. Can you give me some tips on how to reattach those parts that aren't sticking anymore? The flag map pins are awesome, especially with the different flags for the US, Canada, and Australia. It would be even cooler if there were flags for the UK countries and the Balearic Islands too. Despite these little things, I'm really happy with my purchase and thankful for the new artwork it's brought into my workspace.

Oh my gosh, this wooden wall art is amazing! It was really easy to hang up and looks even better in person than it did online. We absolutely love it, it just completes our room perfectly. Thanks!
Medium size world map
The medium-sized world map I got from Enjoythewood is absolutely gorgeous. You can tell they really put effort and attention to detail into it. The package came carefully wrapped and the instructions were super easy to follow, making it a breeze to hang the map on the wall. The sticky tape included is seriously strong, so you don't have to worry about the map falling down. They even prepped the smaller parts for hanging, which saved me a ton of time. Their customer service was amazing. I had an issue with ordering extra flag pins, but the Enjoythewood team came through with a solution that saved me from paying double for shipping. And when I noticed a piece of the map was missing, they quickly sent me the missing parts along with some extra tape. I really appreciate the care and attention Enjoythewood puts into their products and customer service. It feels good to support a Ukrainian company like Enjoythewood, and I would definitely recommend their products to others.
Map purchase
The customer service was awesome when I had a problem with my order. They said sorry and sent me a new map. It's really pretty and I've gotten a lot of compliments on it. I hung it up on a bulletin board in my office and it looks fantastic.
Large Alcor map with prime plus design
The big Alcor map with the prime plus design is just gorgeous! It's the perfect size to hang up on my wall at home. At first, I was a little let down by the spaceships that came with the map, but when I contacted the maker, they said they'll be sending traditional sailboats, airplanes, and compass roads soon. There were so many different colors to choose from when putting the map together, which made it really fun. I definitely suggest this product if you want something cool and eye-catching to add to your space.
Wood home decor
I bought some wood home decor pieces and they were really nice. What I liked most was that they came with some awesome double-sided sticky tape, so putting them together was a breeze. The only thing I noticed was that the glue on the smaller parts wasn't super strong, but the tape worked just fine. When I ran into an issue with the glue not sticking because my wall was rough, the customer service folks were super helpful and gave me tips on using the tape instead. All in all, I was happy with the products and the support I got.
