Medium size world map
The medium-sized world map I got from Enjoythewood is absolutely gorgeous. You can tell they really put effort and attention to detail into it. The package came carefully wrapped and the instructions were super easy to follow, making it a breeze to hang the map on the wall. The sticky tape included is seriously strong, so you don't have to worry about the map falling down. They even prepped the smaller parts for hanging, which saved me a ton of time. Their customer service was amazing. I had an issue with ordering extra flag pins, but the Enjoythewood team came through with a solution that saved me from paying double for shipping. And when I noticed a piece of the map was missing, they quickly sent me the missing parts along with some extra tape. I really appreciate the care and attention Enjoythewood puts into their products and customer service. It feels good to support a Ukrainian company like Enjoythewood, and I would definitely recommend their products to others.

Phone screen protector with 2-year warranty
I bought a phone screen protector from you all not long ago, it came with a 2-year warranty. Unfortunately, I had some problems with it and needed a replacement. I tried to reach customer service many times but it kept cutting off, even during the day. I even tried the website's live chat, but that didn't work either. They made me upload all my purchase proof on the site, only to get an email later asking for it again. After all that hassle, they said they couldn't help me because of a "lack of evidence." I was so annoyed and upset by this experience, now I won't buy anything else from your company.

Booking tickets for Citilink Indonesia
I really like using this website to book my Citilink Indonesia tickets! I'm not from here, so I have to use my foreign credit card to pay. It can be a bit pricier than booking directly with the airline, but at least I can pay with my card. The service is always great, dependable, and never disappoints me. I'll definitely continue to use this website for all my future bookings!
