Holiday package booking for flight and accommodation in Sardinia
I just booked a vacation package on this website for a flight and half-board in Sardinia. I have to say, I was really happy with the whole experience. Booking was easy and stress-free, and everything was lined up perfectly. When I got there, they even bumped me up from a Comfort room to a Superior Comfort room for free, which was a nice surprise. The fact that the flight from Nice to Olbia and insurance were included in the price made it even better. I'd definitely suggest this website to other travelers who want a good deal with top-notch quality.
Trips with amazing circuits and combined big trips
I really dig this travel agency! I've gone on like 3 or 4 trips with them and everything went really smoothly. Once my flight got canceled, but they totally took care of it and offered me new flights to pick from. It was amazing. Their tours and big combined trips are always awesome, and there's always someone who speaks your language and treats you really well in the country you're visiting. The only thing I think they could improve on is being more clear with communication around the clock, but besides that, they're awesome!
Holiday booking with assistance for flight and car rental issues in Norway
Last year, my family and I planned a trip to Norway with the help of this company. It was a bit of a bumpy ride, with our flight getting delayed and us almost forgetting to pick up our rental car. Unhappy with date change policy
I recently had a really bad experience with the company. Their policy for changing dates is so unfair and seems like they're just trying to rip people off. It's not right to charge double the original price for a simple date change. It would be better if they just told customers to rebook at a lower price. It's frustrating that customers have to make changes online themselves but still get charged as if the company is doing all the work. I've been a loyal customer for over ten years, but after this, I won't be using their services again. Thanks for listening. I'll definitely let everyone I know know not to use your unfair services.
Recent hotel booking experience
I've booked several trips through this service before, and I like that you can make plans and buy stuff for a trip at any time, even on holidays. But my last experience wasn't that great. The hotel they gave us was supposed to be a 4-star, but it was more like a 3-star. That's a big deal because it can really affect how much fun you have on your trip. Even though the app is easy to use and lets you pick hotels and flights easily, if the info they give you isn't right, it's hard to trust the service.

Travel cancellation insurance claim
I've been dealing with trying to get my claim resolved for a trip cancellation that I booked through a travel agency for months now. I gave the insurance company all the documents they asked for, including the cancellation notice from the agency. But they keep saying it's not enough and want me to get the cancellation notice from the travel providers (like airlines, hotels, cruise, etc.) that I have no way of contacting directly. It's been two months and I'm still waiting for them to process my claim. The travel agency and insurance company are pointing fingers at the cruise line and airlines for not sending the right documents. This whole situation has been a mess.

Train reservations
This is actually the second time I've booked train tickets with this company. Got the confirmation, then totally forgot about it. Few days before the trip, when I try to print the tickets, I see they canceled my reservation without even letting me know. Ended up having to make a new reservation at a higher price for my first trip, but definitely won't be doing that again. It's frustrating how they don't allow to respond to their comments, so I'm just editing mine. I wouldn't have minded if they couldn't confirm my reservation as is, but just a simple email saying it was canceled would have been nice. Their lack of communication is what's got me disappointed in them, and I doubt I'll be booking with them again.
Cruise booking with requested room arrangement
I just booked a cruise to France and Spain with this travel agency, and my friends and I decided to pay extra to have our rooms close to each other. But when we got there, we found out that our rooms were not next to each other like we were told they would be. It was pretty disappointing, especially since we paid more for that option.
