I just made three orders for dresses online. I was a bit worried because I read some bad reviews, especially since I ordered from Canada and the costs were high. But when I got two of the orders on September 1st, I was really happy. The dresses were great quality, the packaging was top-notch, and the clothes were beautiful. It got me thinking why people only talk about the bad stuff and not the good. I'm super happy with my purchase and will definitely shop there again.

I just bought some minifigures from this company and I gotta say, their customer service is amazing. The designs on the minifigures are so cool, and they have a ton of options to pick from. Shipping to the US cost a bit more, but my package got here super tidy from DHL and everything was well wrapped and labeled. You can tell the team behind these designs really loves what they do, and it definitely shines through in the awesome quality of their products. I totally suggest giving them a look if you're into minifigures.

Overpriced and lack of genuine interaction
The website is way too expensive considering the fact that you don't really get to have real conversations with anyone. I thought it was weird that I got connected with people who never even bothered to chat with me, making me wonder if they were even real. The website is a mess and honestly, my whole experience was just really disappointing.

I bought this really awesome kitchen set, but when I got it, it was missing some stuff. I reached out for help, and they sent me the missing pieces super quickly! Now my son is over the moon with his kitchen - he's got all the pots, pans, spatulas, salt and pepper shakers, and even some cute little ice cube trays.

Outdoor rocking chairs
I got these really adorable outdoor rocking chairs, but whoops, turns out they're made for kids, not grown-ups like me! So, I shot an email over to cancel the order, and the very next day Monika responded and handled it all! Usually, returning things online is a total pain, but Costway made it super simple and hassle-free. For sure gonna come back to shop here again, just gotta double-check those sizes next time!

Delivery of 4 pizzas
I ordered 4 pizzas from this service and they arrived stacked on their sides instead of flat, so they were ruined and I couldn't eat them. When I asked for a refund, they told me to upload pictures and wait for the Special Review team, which would take 3 hours. I've contacted customer service multiple times but I'm still waiting for my $80 refund. They keep giving me different answers about when it will be resolved, and after 72 hours, they only offered me a $15 store credit instead of a full refund. I'm really unhappy with this experience and I won't be using their service again.

Expensive purchase, Pitboss 8 in 1 smoker, malfunctioning auger motor, frustrating customer service
I recently bought the Pitboss 8 in 1 smoker and man, what a bummer. Spent a cool $1000 expecting top-notch quality and performance, but nope. The auger motor was jammed up and acting wonky right out of the gate. Dealing with customer service was no fun either. They sent me a new auger to install myself, but that didn't fix the problem. Now they're saying it might be the motherboard - talk about adding insult to injury. Frustrated and let down, to say the least.
