Review about: TAP Air Portugal
Recent flight experience
My most recent flight with this company was kind of a bummer. The workers seemed like they didn't know what they were doing, which caused a lot of delays and chaos when we were boarding. And to make things worse, the flight attendants didn't really seem to care about helping the passengers, they were just going through the motions. The plane itself wasn't very clean either, there were stains on the seats and the whole cabin smelled funky. Plus, the entertainment system was old and broken, so the flight ended up being super boring and not fun at all.

My Panama vacation was a real rollercoaster. The hotel I stayed in was top-notch, with an amazing breakfast. Getting around for tours and the airport was super easy, which made the whole trip a breeze. But man, the choices for eating in the hotel were kinda lacking. And getting back to the US through the Panama airport was a bit of a letdown. Even with these little bumps, the tours I went on were incredible. The guides really knew their stuff and made my trip so much richer. Unfortunately, the airport was a hot mess, with not enough water or bathrooms, and strict rules that made waiting for my delayed flight a real headache.

Super cool iPhone XS Max Grade C
I got this really cool iPhone XS Max Grade C from this place called MyWit, and it was so cheap! Like, suspiciously cheap, but it arrived really quickly and was packaged super securely. When I opened it, I was surprised because it looked way better than Grade C - more like Grade A- with only one tiny mark on the back. It was practically perfect! I turned it on, transferred my data, and only had a small issue with the battery not being original and giving me a weird message. But, like, Apple doesn't even make their own batteries so it's all good. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase, especially because of the 12-month warranty.

After that, it was a full eight days before my stuff made it all the way here to Hong Kong. Late delivery, unresponsive customer service
I placed an order and got charged immediately, but my stuff didn't get shipped for more than 3 weeks. I tried so many times to cancel, but they said it might be too late. Too late for what? It hasn't even been packed and sent out! In the end, I had to bring the box back myself and wait weeks for my money back. Customer service was only reachable by email, and the phone numbers they provided didn't work. They just kept saying it was 'system issues' preventing them from assisting me.
