'Jack' boots, one size bigger for thick winter socks
Wow, these boots are truly amazing. They not only look great but they're also super comfy. I wore them all day without any issues, no need to break them in at all. You can totally tell they're made with top-notch materials and are built to last. And the best part? I got them a size up for winter socks and they still fit perfectly. I'm so happy with my purchase and definitely recommend these boots to anyone who wants a stylish and comfy option.
Return process difficulty
I bought some shoes from this company, but I had to return them. The return process has been so difficult. I didn't get a receipt with my order, so I can't give the right info for the return. Plus, there wasn't even a confirmation receipt in the package, so I have no idea how to start the return. I've been trying to figure this out for days now, and I'm running out of time.
Shoes, great quality, timeless, comfortable

scratched, damaged, and worn shoes
My shoes arrived in terrible condition and it took the company forever to get back to me. They really need to improve their customer service and be quicker about addressing their errors. I spent so much time sending emails, taking pictures, making phone calls, and waiting to return the package.
New favorite shoe brand
I just found this really awesome shoe brand and oh my gosh, they're amazing! The leather is incredibly soft and fits my foot perfectly. I bought two pairs of these super cute mary janes, and I'm already thinking about getting some of those amazing two-tone flats when they're back in stock. But, man, DHL tried to pull a fast one on me, saying I had to pay extra for import duties on one of my orders. I called the brand, and they were so nice and quick to help me out. They gave me my money back like it was no big deal. So, I'm definitely going to keep buying from them for sure!
Squeaky shoe problems

Uma pair
I got my Uma pair last week and I'm totally in love with them. These shoes are not just stylish and chic, but they're also super comfy. Faulty refund process
I had the worst time trying to get a refund from this company. The return process was so bad - I got the wrong amount back and couldn't even reach anyone in customer service to fix it. It was like they were avoiding me on purpose, and it made me so mad.
Beautiful shoes, disappointed with return policy
The shoes looked amazing when I got them, but dealing with the return policy was a letdown. I sent back a pair of shoes but didn't get refunded for the taxes, even though the website claims it's all included in the price. When I contacted customer service, they just said I had to go to the local customs office to get my money back, which seems really unfair. Beautiful boots
I bought this really nice pair of boots from this company not too long ago. At first, I was super excited about them because they looked great and seemed really well-made. But then, after wearing them a few times, I started to notice that they were squeaking. I even tried wearing them around the house to see if the squeaking would stop, but it didn't. It's pretty disappointing, especially since the boots weren't cheap.
Uma shoes, blisters, poorly designed
I just got the Uma shoes and honestly, I'm really let down by the design. The stitching around the heel is super thick and narrow, which ends up digging into my skin every time I put them on. Plus, the shoe sits too low on the top of my foot, so it's constantly rubbing against the base of my big toe. As a result, I get painful blisters every time I wear them, which means I can only wear them once a month. It's obvious that the design was all about looks and totally ignored comfort.
Boots
I just bought a pair of boots from this company, and let me tell you, I was really surprised by their customer service. When I tried to speak in German with them, since they're based in Berlin and all about being 'Made in Berlin', they asked me to switch to English. The representative said that English is their official company language, which I found kind of strange. I'm really confused about their brand strategy, company culture, and how they treat their customers. This whole situation really got on my nerves and left me feeling annoyed and baffled.

I just got my hands on a pair of Mary Jane's and let me tell you - I am seriously impressed. The whole process, from ordering to delivery, was flawless. Faulty shoes, lack of communication, refund issue
I just wanna share about this one shoe company that really let me down. I bought a pair of shoes from them, but they turned out to be messed up. I reached out to their customer service to try and get it sorted, but man, it was a letdown from the get-go. They hardly talked to me about what was going on with my return, and after waiting a whole month, it was clear they weren't planning on giving me my money back. It's just not cool for a company that brags about their good products and service to drop the ball like that.
Partial refund request
I had a really good experience with the customer service team at the store the other day. I was trying to get a partial refund since I'm a new customer and eligible for a 10% off coupon. Ewa was super quick in helping me out and dealt with my request really professionally and nicely. I was really impressed with how fast she responded and how eager she was to assist me. All in all, my interaction with the customer service team was great.
Second-hand Nettie sandals
These shoes are way too pricey and not very eco-friendly. Some other brands out there make much better, more affordable shoes that are sustainable and vegan.
Uma shoes
They're way pricier than my normal purchase, but they have such good reviews that I decided to bit the bullet. It is so worth it to buy from them, I love the uma shoe. I've been seeing a lot of great new shoe brands like by far and alohas, but the uma shoes are my favorite.
