New favorite shoe brand
I just found this really awesome shoe brand and oh my gosh, they're amazing! The leather is incredibly soft and fits my foot perfectly. I bought two pairs of these super cute mary janes, and I'm already thinking about getting some of those amazing two-tone flats when they're back in stock. But, man, DHL tried to pull a fast one on me, saying I had to pay extra for import duties on one of my orders. I called the brand, and they were so nice and quick to help me out. They gave me my money back like it was no big deal. So, I'm definitely going to keep buying from them for sure!
First shoe purchase
I just got my hands on a pair of Mary Jane's and let me tell you - I am seriously impressed. The whole process, from ordering to delivery, was flawless. It only took four days for those shoes to show up at my door. They were packaged up real nice, so they arrived in perfect shape. The leather is top-notch, super soft and luxurious. Gotta break them in a bit, but the comfort and style make it totally worth it. No doubt about it, I'll be shopping with this brand again.
Partial refund request
I had a really good experience with the customer service team at the store the other day. I was trying to get a partial refund since I'm a new customer and eligible for a 10% off coupon. Ewa was super quick in helping me out and dealt with my request really professionally and nicely. I was really impressed with how fast she responded and how eager she was to assist me. All in all, my interaction with the customer service team was great.

I'm really into shoes, and let me tell you, I found this brand that's seriously shaking things up in the shoe game. The quality of their stuff is top-notch, and their style is just amazing. The way they make these shoes, paying attention to every little detail, is so impressive. I had to try out their collection, and man, am I happy I did. Aeyde went above and beyond, and now they've got a loyal customer in me.
My new shoes
I just got these awesome new shoes and I'm loving them so much! I've been wanting some new kicks for a while now, and when I stumbled upon these, I was over the moon. I was a bit unsure about sizing and taxes, but the customer service folks were quick and super helpful in clearing things up for me. I'd definitely recommend these shoes to anyone who's as into footwear as I am!
Second-hand Nettie sandals
These shoes are way too pricey and not very eco-friendly. Some other brands out there make much better, more affordable shoes that are sustainable and vegan.
Uma shoes
They're way pricier than my normal purchase, but they have such good reviews that I decided to bit the bullet. It is so worth it to buy from them, I love the uma shoe. I've been seeing a lot of great new shoe brands like by far and alohas, but the uma shoes are my favorite.
