Review about: Maidenform
Unreliable customer service
I recently bought something from this company for the first time, and man, it was a mess. It's been nine days and my order is still just sitting there being processed, not moving anywhere. I tried to contact their customer service to get some answers, but the phone number they gave me wasn't working for days. It's crazy that I can't even cancel my order when nothing is happening with it. And their return policy? Forget about it - it takes 6 weeks for a return to go through if something doesn't fit. I understand things are slow right now because of COVID, but that's no reason for such bad service and no communication. I'm definitely not going to spend my money with them again.

Defective order resolution
I got my order and there was a problem with it, but the customer service folks took care of it no problem. They were fast and really helpful, sending me a new item right away instead of making me wait for a refund. Big thanks to the team for the great service, big shoutout to Julie. Excited for the replacement to get here tomorrow!

I'm so happy with the rug company I found. I wanted a custom oval area rug for my dining room, and The Perfect Rug totally came through for me. They made the whole process easy from the get-go. I got to check out free samples and pick out just the right style for my house. The customer service was amazing, they helped me figure out all the customization options and made sure my rug was cut and bound perfectly. When the rug showed up, it was just like they said it would be. I'm thrilled with how it turned out - it's really the perfect rug for my room.

I just got these awesome new shoes and I'm loving them so much! I've been wanting some new kicks for a while now, and when I stumbled upon these, I was over the moon. First and Second Order
My experience with Silver Cuisine has been kind of up and down. The first time I ordered, I really liked the food - it was tasty and made me happy. But the second time around was a letdown. The meat was tough and tasteless, and the sides weren't very good either. I also didn't get the rewards points I was supposed to from their program. Plus, not being able to track my delivery was a big downside for me.

Wrong item and missing refunds
I recently bought something from this store and ended up getting the wrong item. To make matters worse, I'm also missing two refunds that I've been trying to get for the past two weeks. The customer service has been awful. I've tried reaching out through emails, phone calls, and online chats, but I just keep going in circles. Each agent gives me different answers and it feels like they're just giving me the runaround with empty promises. I even asked to speak with a manager, but my request was ignored. I'm now at the point where I have to take this further by filing a dispute with Paypal and my bank. It's frustrating, especially since one of the refunds is for a mistake they made in sending me the wrong item. Even though I like their clothes, I won't be buying from them again. I'll just stick with shopping directly from ASOS from now on.

24 Long Stem Valentines Day Rose
Ordered them ahead in advance (to be delivered for Valentines Day) and they were delivered in a box. Once they were opened the 24 long stem roses were very beautiful and in full bloom. I would definitely order from them again!
