    Antalya trip in May

    I flew from Birmingham to Antalya in May for some perfect weather. I stayed at the Golden Orange in Konyaalti, which had a beautiful beach and great amenities. But there was a bit of a hiccup with SunExpress - they weren't very clear about how much carry-on baggage I could bring. Ended up having to pay an unexpected fee on the way back.

    Chaotic transfer booking

    The whole experience was a total nightmare. We booked a transfer using Lastminute, but turns out they were using different third-party companies for our booking. It was a mess, with each company blaming the other when our transfer didn't arrive. The lack of responsibility and communication was terrible. We were left stuck with no solution in sight. Even after we complained, all we got were excuses and no reimbursement. The whole thing was a disaster and really put a bad taste in my mouth.

    Last minute holiday booking

    I just made a last-minute holiday booking through this service and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Even though I was cutting it close, I had a bunch of different places to stay to choose from and could pick where I wanted to fly out from. Everything went super smoothly and was stress-free, which made for an awesome and chill vacation in a gorgeous spot. I'm really happy with how everything turned out.

    Flight booking experience

    Booking a flight through Lastminute was a major letdown. I was so frustrated because the customer support was practically nonexistent and they didn't offer any help when things went wrong. It felt like they just wanted my money without taking care of me as a customer. The travel industry is great at taking our money, but not so great at helping us out when things don't go as planned. So, I've learned to be careful and watchful when booking with third-party sites like Lastminute because it's just not worth the risk.

    Vacation booking

    I had a really great time booking my vacation through this service. The travel agent I spoke with, Terry, was super helpful and really knew their stuff. Terry took the time to go over all the details about luggage for the flight and which seats to pick. The website was pretty easy to use, but it was nice to be able to chat with a real person to make sure everything was good to go. Overall, my trip went off without a hitch. However, I wouldn't recommend the airline I flew with because the cabin crew was kind of rude and not very professional. The hotel I stayed at in Spain, Ona Mar Menor, was nice but didn't quite reach 5-star status. Some of the gym equipment was out of order, and there were a couple areas where they could make some improvements.

    Flight package with connecting flights

    I bought a flight package on this site with connecting flights, but the timing was way too tight for me to catch my next flight. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but they were really dismissive and basically said it was my fault. The whole customer service experience was bad, and the deals weren't worth what I paid.

    Refund finally processed

    After dealing with stress for two long years, I finally got the whole refund I've been waiting for right into my bank account. I was really hoping for some kind of goodwill gesture, like a free voucher, to make up for all the trouble, but sadly that never came through. Fortunately, when I took my complaint to the VIP team, they sorted everything out quickly and efficiently, getting it all resolved in just a month.

    Holiday booking experience

    I had a really bad experience with Last Minute. I planned my holiday carefully, paid for everything, and then out of nowhere, my trip was canceled after only 8 days. They didn't even bother to warn me beforehand. The company's lack of communication and explanation just made me even more frustrated and disappointed. It's obvious that Last Minute doesn't care about their customers' time and trust, which is not cool. I would suggest that others be careful before booking with them because you might end up with your plans totally ruined at the last minute.

    Quick and affordable booking options

    I thought it was super easy to book with Lastminute. They had tons of different options for flights, hotels, and extras. At first, we checked out the packages they offer but ended up saving some cash by booking each thing separately. We used Lastminute for the hotel and went straight to the airline for the flights.     Vilamoura short break

    My daughter and I just planned a four-night getaway to Vilamoura using a travel site. We stayed at a popular hotel and it was amazing from beginning to end. The booking was easy, we got a nice discount, checked in online, got all our stuff right away, and even had 22kg of baggage included. The transfers were easy too, with clear instructions on the app. Overall, we were really happy with everything and would totally use the site again. Thanks for a great trip!

    As someone who's never traveled much before, I wasn't sure about booking a last-minute trip abroad. But let me tell you, I was so impressed with the website.     Lesson learned the hard way - I was so excited to finally find the perfect place to stay and flights for my trip to Naples, so I quickly went ahead and booked with them. But then, after they took my money, I get an email saying my booking wasn't confirmed and that they'll get back to me soon. The next day, I get another email saying they couldn't confirm and to try again. This back and forth went on, leaving me stuck without a guaranteed booking and having to shell out more money for flights elsewhere. Their poor communication really messed things up for me, costing me time, extra cash, and stressing me out. Take it from me, stay far away from this unreliable service.

    Hotel accommodation experience

    My hotel stay was pretty good, I gotta say. The room was comfy and the staff was nice. But man, check-in was a hassle. I already paid for my stay, but the receptionist made me pay again when I got there. I showed them my payment confirmation, but they still needed more proof. It was annoying and left me feeling dissatisfied.

    My Amsterdam hotel stay

    I had a blast during my recent hotel stay in Amsterdam! The hotel was super nice, but there was a major bummer - the swimming pool was closed for construction! I was really looking forward to some pool time, but turns out it's been out of order for months! Wish they had given us a heads up so we could've made other arrangements. Oh well, it was disappointing, but it didn't ruin our trip entirely.

    Flight and hotel booking

    I recently booked a flight and hotel through the company and it was a letdown. The hotel was supposed to be 3 stars, but it didn't meet my expectations. The staff were nice, but the overall stay was just not great. The breakfast was bad and pricey. The room was basic with no fancy stuff. The bed sheets and duvet were even damp which was uncomfortable. The only good thing was the hotel's location for sightseeing. I was bummed that they didn't give me an itemized invoice to see the costs. The whole trip cost a lot and wasn't worth it. Because of this, I won't use this company again.

    Stay at a cool place

    The spot I stayed at was pretty spacious and sort of tidy. There was a jacuzzi in the room, but it was out of commission, which was a bummer because it's supposed to be a neat feature. The shower, however, was great. I should mention there's a loud nightclub beneath the room, so it gets noisy on the weekends until the early morning. But the location is good, I'd definitely consider going back during the week.

    I just planned a spontaneous trip and found a hotel through this company. I was really impressed with how simple it was to book. The choices were easy to understand, the booking went smoothly, and I got a fantastic deal on a lovely hotel without any trouble. The only issue I had was that some of the info about activities and tours was in a different language, which could be annoying if you don't speak it. It would be awesome if they could provide info in multiple languages to help out a broader range of customers.

    Resort booking and airport transfer

    I thought booking the resort was pretty easy and everything went smoothly. The website kept me informed about my reservation, which was good. When I got to the resort, I was pleasantly surprised - it was even better than I expected. The facilities were in great shape and the beach was gorgeous, especially with the coral reef nearby. The room was a little plain for my taste, but it was clean and cozy. The staff were nice and helpful, but it seemed like the resort mostly focused on Italian guests.
