    In 2023, I ordered two things from this company and had some problems. One of the items I got looked like it had been returned before because I found a note from the person who had it before me in the package. The website said it was a 'last chance' item, so they wouldn't give me my money back. The other item I got was too long even though I ordered the right size. It was annoying because it didn't fit me right. Overall, I wasn't too happy with my experience with this company.

    I recently bought a replacement item from TVC MALL because the original seller didn't have it anymore. I found the item at TVC MALL for about half the price compared to other stores, and when it showed up, I was really surprised by the quality. It was in perfect condition, showing me that TVC MALL really takes care in handling their products. Plus, the delivery was super quick, only taking nine business days. It definitely went above and beyond what I was expecting. Overall, I'm really happy with my shopping experience at TVC MALL and will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases.

    I've been buying wigs from this hair company for a while now, and I have to say I am really happy with my purchases. I've gotten 21 wigs in total, all with different textures and lengths, and some of them I still use to this day. The quality is top-notch, and I'm always amazed at how realistic and full they look. The most recent wigs I got, the bye bye knots and pre everything wigs, are just fantastic! The lace looks super natural and blends perfectly with my scalp.

    I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday to be delivered on September 5th. At 3pm on September 5th, I was advised that the order could not be fulfilled and they would either refund my card or upgrade my arrangement at no cost for the inconvenience. I chose the latter, which was a regrettable mistake. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!
    I ordered a Deluxe Hydrangea plant and my friend received a bouquet of yellow flowers with a card addressed to Lizzie from John and a balloon that said "thank you". Clearly receiving the wrong order, we both tried to contact the company to no avail. My friend ended up looking up the address of the correct receipient and switching flowers on her own time.
    Not only does this company not even acknowledge this error as theirs, but the flower they "upgraded" me to was a single orchid, which was weltering. They offered me 10% off for my troubles, referencing their substitution policy- which is a joke.
    Rather than battle via email, I called their "Customer Service" line. The representative sounded like she hated her job and told me she has no power to actually do anything to fix my experience. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told managers are only available thought email. THEN WHY DO YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE AT ALL?
    I went back to email and pulled screen shots of the pricing of the flowers I ordered vs the flowers I received/should have been upgraded to. My upgrade to Premium totaled $109. The flowers my friend received were $69!
    This website is a scam- I only used it in error. I intended to use 1800flowers (they are amazing by the way) and was in a rush and did not realize I was routed to this terrible company's website instead.
    Now that I am in this experience, there are 100s of reviews like mine. This company clearly does not care about their customers- they just want your money and will gain it fraudulently. A beautiful gift has turned into a stressful embarrassment. Go literally anywhere else but here.

    I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, same prescription. 1 pair had the correct prescription but the other pair was not correct. I couldn't see out of the lenses (even when holding the glasses upside down as they asked me to do - which ok, still wouldn't matter), everything was super blurry. I sent a message to their email because that is the only way you can get help (their FB messenger also refers to the email address). I sent a copy of my prescription which did not include the PD, I had to go to my vision doctor to get my PD measurement and entered that in the website as it was required for the glasses. The representative stated that my prescription must have been changed after I received the glasses which was incorrect. I entered my prescription as is -4.50 for both eyes, then had the doctor measure my PD and entered that in my order. The representative (they never tell you their name, just say "customer service center") kept saying I changed my prescription. I asked for a manager 3 times and they ignored and kept saying "you changed your prescription after you ordered". I looked for phone numbers and other ways to contact this company and haven't found any other way. I also messaged them on FB but was referred to the same email.

    Supply chain is NOT their issue! I placed two orders in mid-November. Pre-sale said it would ship end of November. Beginning of December still not shipped. They cancelled one order December 23rd due to not having the product (still taking orders online for it though) and shipped another the same day. I ended up returning the shipped order (December 27th) because the sizing was off for me. I didn't receive a receive my refund until today, March 11th.

    I liked the product and tried to purchase again after the holidays. I only purchased items that said "In Stock". One order was made on January 25th. Still not shipped and no information on when it will be. They just cancelled my order today, March 11th even though the product continues to show "In Stock" online.

    For my fourth order, I received a text on February 7th that a paid of warm joggers were back in stock. I immediately purchased them. On February 23rd, my order was cancelled and money refunded because they did not have any in stock.

    Comments and reviews are now disabled on Facebook and negative comments are deleted from Instagram.

    They take money upfront and do not ship. My orders totaled $2,124. Only $363.80 ever shipped. There has to be something fraudulent going on. I will be contacting someone to investigate.

    Tuscany Face Mask

    I ordered the Tuscany masks before on an $8 sale and loved them. They were sold out for a while, so when they came back, I ordered 4 Packs at full price.

    1. I ordered on August 24. My order was not received until September 20.

    2. The order said "Tuscany" but it was pink instead of the brown color.

    I checked the website, and Tuscany is now shown alongside the pink color. I pulled up my past emails and saw they were still showing it as brown long after I ordered.

    3. I emailed Customer Service 6 times explaining the above. Each time they sent the same response. "Your order has shipped. Please let us know if you want to refuse the shipment or return for a refund." I stated refund, and they kept emailing that same short message to say it shipped.

    4. Found a phone number for them on facebook. Called it, and it is a recording that says "If you want to own this valuable phone number, please call (different number).

    I went from slightly annoyed to livid just from the frustration of their "customer service."

    So I would say if you get what you asked for, the masks are fine. But if they send the wrong thing or you have ANY issues, they will not be resolved.

    I purchased my items in Dec of 2020 and was told my items would ship within 14 days. I started reaching out via email pretty early on in January with no problem (It is now Jan 21). After well over the 14 days and still no items or tracking info I began asking for a refund. I received 0 responses back in my 3 emails asking for a refund! Also, the "chat now" option on their website is a joke. Each time I used it (when I could actually find it) they replied with "a member from my team will look into it" and when I asked for a refund the response was "I'll handle it". If they were running behind or gave ANY explanation as to why it's taking longer that would be fine. It's the lack of communication that makes it feel like a SCAM! Horrible service and still no refund for items that have yet to even be shipped.

    I placed an order in December and still haven't received my product. It definitely feel like a scam.

    I’ve run into this very same issue. Ordered in Dec and have gotten nothing but the run around while their IG pages constantly show customers posing with these very same items they claim they haven’t received shipments on. It’s infuriating and I despise being scammed. File a complaint against them via the CAFC website. Bellesa’s office address is located in Quebec Canada. You can file that complaint via this. Good luck.

When I received the delivery it was not my order. It was a beanie for someone in Washington. I live in California. When I contacted the business, they told me they would send me a shipping label to return the wrong order and my order would be corrected ASAP. I then asked if they could just charge me for the beanie as well so we can skip that step. But they denied. I don’t know but it just rubbed me the wrong way. As a business, I would have let someone keep that messed up order. It was a single beanie as an apology for the mix up. After all of this back and forth, I decided to cancel my order completely. I was really sad because I was initially really excited about this new company. Most likely would not order from them again for that reason. I wish them all the luck and hope mix ups like this do not happen often for them. It could really alter everything

Their customer service representative responses back to a CUSTOMER were (1) we’re a small business so takes time to get a product out.     The suit was great but customer service was not. I bought two sizes to make sure I had the right one for Halloween. After the holiday, I contacted them to let them know I’d return the smaller one. I spent $50 to ship it from Ukraine but there was a mishap with postage and it ended up getting sent back (the tracking said they tried to call and no one answered). The only thing they could offer me was money off on a future order as compensation for the $160 I lost. They could have just paid for another shipping label, which is standard practice, but they refused, despite the screw up being on their end. With the amount of money they make and their reputation, I expect them to step it up when something like this happens. Now I am not even motivated to make another purchase because of this experience.

Also, the first time I purchased the app charged me 25 bucks for three months, the second to me it changed me 53...

My Instagram account @YUNGBLAKKGODDESS was hacked on June 6, 2021, and in the process, the person changed my email and contact number with their account information. The email I had was [email protected]. However, I’ve changed to a new email but I still have access to that email as well. The individual on my account has literally posted and sold slightly nude content of me as a minor (considered Child Pornography) I’ve already reached out to the authorities… but please I’m not sure how much access they have to more of my videos on my account I need them off immediately please contact me back. They’re actively engaging in fraud and more financial money scams. The person is also selling more of my inappropriate videos and receiving pay from it, this is also sexual exploitation. The person that hacked me is, sending inappropriate explicit videos of me to my friends trying to sell me even more.. They were even begging my friends for money. I’ve lost pretty much everything, so far. PLEASE HELP I REALLY NEED THEM OFF OF MY ACCOUNT PLEASE. The link to my number and email expired because the person went through my email and deleted the recovery emails... I finally retrieved them with the help of my Microsoft email service provider. However, unfortunately, I was too late and the person is still on my account. Please I’ll even verify my identity, and send screenshots of what they’ve been doing (crimes they’ve committed) and the recovery link email I received, that no longer works. Please, I'm a dancer, and I have practice videos from when I first started dancing. My dance practice videos/ memories really mean the world to me. I really need to get back on to my account, I just want the individual who is still committing crimes I want them off. I've literally contacted and filled out every hacked account form, that was possible to fill out. I don't know what else to do. I'm mentally and physically drained, please, help if possible. And no, I do not know this person's number or email.

    I purchased two of the wide Shadow Glass Pendant Lights. The quality and design of the products I received are same as what I expected, as per the pictures from the website.     I purchased the Undersun Bands about 6 weeks ago. They are not worth the money. The package is overpriced. The bands did not come with examples of exercises or a place to find a program on line. The majority of the exercises or at least the good ones require a door strap which was never mentioned or offered during the purchase. I had to search the web to find one. Most are sold out don’t the virus. I think this small device should be included with the purchase even if it’s more money. The various bands do not come in enough different resistances. Lastly the highest resistance band is not strong enough. Also many exercises require a pole or really solid structure. Most people don’t have things like that in their house. Unless you bring to the gym or workout outside you will not be able to perform. Bottom line is there are several competing bands that are less expensive, better quality and they include workouts, instructions and everything you need to perform the exercises. Very disappointed.

    Undersun has not delivered my bands. Website assistance has been providing a generic response to each email sent with a simple signature balock name of Jennifer.
    Out of curiosity, I attempted to log in to see if the program was available after my $230 purchase was complete and I can not access any of their programs. Nor can I activate my accounts.

    The UPS site app states I received my bands. The Arrive app states it is still in Detroit. I am currently questioning whether this is a credible company and if they have actually sent product.

    UNDERSUN will take your money and give you the run around.
    Please look elsewhere.
    I will update as the continuing weeks move forward.

    I put a warning on FB ( undersun)regarding an accident I had with the bands where I knocked out two teeth, my comment was after a short time taken out. This was a warning to people to not misuse the bands and stil it was taken of FB. I think it is censur only want good news about the bands.

    My payment was processed through a foreign entity and my bank charged me a foreign transaction fee. Nothing on the website indicates they are a foreign company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

    I just got alerted of that as well and have requested a cancellation since I had not clue. Was very suspicious when they did not request my Veterinarian info for the prescription and was then notified by my bank of them being in Country: Mauritius

    So I ordered a swimsuit two weeks ago, I immediately got the confirmation email saying my order had went through.
    Fast forward two weeks, I haven’t heard a peep from them. So I guess my suit hasn’t been shipped. I sent an email asking if it’s been shipped, no reply yet.
    Here’s to hoping I actually get the swimsuit delivered, in the next month would be a plus. ????

    What thieves. I purchased $72 worth of bras and panties. The bras were amazing but unfortunately too small. The panties were for larger women. I ordered my regular size however they came extremely too big. They were not opened, because I was able to see through the clear package they came in. I contacted Smart & Sexy via telephone, via text message and via email regarding the situation, never received a response. The 800 number they give you to call is a joke, the voicemail is always full and no one ever answers. You send an email and you get an automated response. I did a return since no one was available to discuss my purchase. They replied immediately with the return label that stated I was only able to return the bras. Well that wasn't going to work for me, because what is a woman going to do with larger underwear? So I try to reach out again and of course no response. I returned all of the undergarments to Smart & Sexy with my own shipping label that I also placed a tracking number on. I paid a $20 shipping fee to send it back. After they received my purchases I received an email that stated they would accept the return. I then ask when shall I receive my refund? Have not heard nothing since and have yet to receive my $72 refund. I continue to reach out and no one responds. In all honesty if someone would have been up for discussion I would have returned the items and just ask they send me the correct size, but unfortunately things didn't go well with this company when it came to communication. I guess they needed the $72 more than I did. God Bless them.

    Bought 2 swimsuits,took me 10 days to get them,both of them fit my body,true size and high quality with low price,will order again.

    Hi did it take 10 Business days to get them? I ordered 3 back in March 10th and haven’t gotten them yet

    Sent out my order many weeks ago! Payed extra amount for express shipping in order to receive it before i left for vacation. Did not receive my order! Its been another two weeks & nothing! Seriously how long can it take for one bathing suit! Very poor communication! I will not be ordering from this company again.

    Sorry any of you are having problems but we received our order in 12 days in Washington State.. Beautiful suit and fits the wife beautiful. She is a size 12 and ordered a size 12. It is very reveiling for a one piece maybe thats why a review says the cup size is too small. It's deep V cut and non supportive so look at the pics maybe you shouldn't buy the deep V in the first place and go with one of the others.We ordered 2 from Amazon that fit like garbage and 3 from Chinese based Rotita and They still have not came 3 weeks later.

    DO NOT ORDER from this company unless you don’t need your suit for a month. You know the size you order will fit. Customer service is a joke you cannot send back your item with the address return that was on the package you have to email them they get back to you asking questions about why you want to return but still will not give you the address where to send it back to. I’m screwed because the suit does not fit I don’t want it I don’t like it I want my money back but for some reason they won’t tell when how I can make this happen. Oh and BTW you have 15 days and it’s been over a week know trying to just get the return address out of them. Their a scam!

    What companies are good to order from???? I have been looking at these suits for weeks. My hubby first asked me to check the company out cause reviews online seemed good. I really want a long sleeve bathing suit. Suggestions ????????

    Impossible to exchange a size "S" for a "M" The 866# automatically transferred me to "Swim Outlet:" online site at an 800#. One customer service never heard of Beachsissi and the 2nd said they a a mickey company

    HORRIBLE!!!! Been waiting for over a month to get my bathing suits. If you need it fast...FORGET ABOUT IT! I’ll probably get in September. Oh, and their customer service stinks too!! Don’t order from here!

    I ordered 2 swimsuits back in early May, and I was given 2 tracking numbers but both still say tracking number not found as of today June 12, 2020

    Do not buy from this company. I ordered an XL. It took one month to receive it and it was a small. Wasted my time and money. They sent me a copy of a receipt showing I ordered a small. I have never seen this receipt! I never received a receipt in the first place.
    Just forget it......worst Customer experience of my life!

    I ordered 1 swimsuit May 21st, shipped June 3rd. It's June 24th & still haven't received it. Tracking number doesn't work which apparently is a common problem. Will never order from this company again. I gave up last week & ordered a swimsuit from Bare Necessities. 2 day free shipping & it fits great. Not cheap but worth a good quality suit.

    I ordered dresses from this company and I received no order confirmation. The dresses do not fit and they are not allowing me to return them without an order number. Several emails, all that don’t answer how I can return the items. A SCAM

    I ordered swim suit May 30th. It’s now July 7th. Still don’t have suit and emails are worthless. I should have checked reviews first. Now I have to go to my bank to write a report to get my money back.

    I have ordered from this company May 2nd and have not received my swimsuits yet. Their answer at customer service was that due to the coronavirus shippings were late and airports not open. As my tracking no indicates, my package is in Netherlands for a month and a half now. I am from Cyprus and airports were never closed for packages. Still haven’t received anything.

    I agree with all of the terrible reviews. I ordered 7/2/20 and received an email that the order has shipped. No way to track it unless I give tracking company my email address. I have emailed the company twice and no response. Never ordering from them again.

    I bought two swimsuits ( I am a size 12/14 U.K.) I bought large as I did not want a tight fit. They were both short on the body ( I am 5ft 2in) trying to fasten the clip on the back , there was about a four inch gap, I had to sew elastic onto the clip. With most companies I would order a medium , how on earth can you call your size large? I measured it and the bust was six 34in! Would never buy again and too much hassle to send back.

    I bough two suits from this company. I wasn't sure at first and should have gone with my first instinct but I ended up ordering anyway. The package came with a reasonable amount of time but my main problem is that the two products that I ordered were NOT in the package. I purchase the suits that came in the mail and not only that, they do NOT fit!!! I am definitely not a small. LOL. they are cute but unfortunately they don't fit. I want my product. Another problem i have it that there is not return information, like MOST REPUTIABLE legit companies do... so I'd say I have been dooped (sp?), and this is a total scam. I should know considering I saw it on a Facebook and Instagram add. Next time I will be more cautious. Shame on me this first time.. but not the next time. To all wavering customers who read reviews... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY... IT'S A SCAM!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!
