Defective item replacement

I had an issue with a product I bought that wasn't working right, so I tried to get some help, but I didn't hear back from anyone. I was pretty frustrated with the lack of customer service, to be honest. But then, after I left a review, someone finally got in touch with me via chat and offered to send me a new item to replace the defective one. I said yes to that, but sadly, I never heard from them again. So, I was stuck with a broken item and no help. After my review, they finally reached out to me and replaced the item, which I was thankful for. The customer service was decent, but it took forever for them to respond. Thanks for sorting things out in the end.

It is absolutely amazing!! First of all, I read the reviews beforehand to see what people were liking and disliking just to get an overall idea. And a lot of them were correct. The ... part can be quite powerful if you’re not used to that so I’d stay on mode 1 to get used to it and then climb upto 2 or the most powerful being 3. The licking sensation is absolutely phenomenal. It has 9 modes, and I already have my favorites. What usually takes 5-15 minutes with other toys, only took this toy like 3-4 minutes at most. Very very happy with and would highly recommend it!

Warrior product shipping inquiry

I sent an email asking about getting the Warrior product shipped to the UK, how much it costs, and when it would arrive. I really wanted to buy it, but I needed more info before I could make a decision. The reply came quickly and had all the info I needed, so I went ahead and placed my order. The whole process of ordering and getting it delivered went well, and the Warrior product is really great. The only thing that bummed me out was that the price went up from £89 to £109 between the time I asked about it and when I actually bought it (UK07610).

Discount code issue

I recently tried using a discount code for something I wanted to buy, but it didn't work when I tried to check out. So I just left it in my cart and moved on. But then a few days later, I got an email with the same discount offered to me for my purchase. I gotta say, I'm really appreciative of the customer service team for fixing that so quickly. Can't wait for my new item to arrive so I can enjoy it!

Sexy toy purchase

I bought this really cool toy, but then I realized I entered the wrong address! So, I quickly sent them an email to cancel and correct it, but I haven't heard back from them at all. I tried calling the number they provided, but it was no help. I just hope they see this and actually respond. I'm super frustrated, they definitely deserve only one star, but I wish I could give them zero!

Disappointing product

I bought this thing recently that totally didn't do what it was supposed to. It didn't meet my expectations at all, and honestly, I wouldn't suggest it to anyone. The quality was pretty bad, and it didn't work like it was supposed to. I was so let down by it, so I'd definitely warn others not to waste their money on it.

Had trouble with my shipping address

Dude, I was trying to order something online and I totally messed up the shipping address. It was an old address from forever ago, and I didn't even notice. So, when I went to correct it, the order had already gone through. Annoying, right? But luckily, the seller was really cool about it and fixed everything for me. Thank goodness!

I bought something from this company recently and their service was really fast. Ordering was easy and I got my package quickly. But, I think they should put the tracking information in the "orders" part of their website instead of making customers look for it in their email. It would make things easier for everyone.

Recent purchase verification

I just bought something and was kinda caught off-guard when they asked me to verify my purchase, even though I've bought stuff from them before. It was annoying and a little confusing since I never had to do that before. And to top it off, it took forever for my order to get shipped and delivered, which was not cool.

Masturbator, defective, torn material

I recently bought a masturbator from Honey Play Box as a customer, and I gotta say, I was seriously let down by the product. The entrance on the masturbator was messed up from the get-go, ripping on the first use. And guess what? It tore again on the second use, with a big chunk of the mouth-shaped part completely gone. The material just couldn't handle the action, making the product totally unusable. Do yourself a favor and skip this one if you're looking for something reliable.

I had a great time using the Oly 2. It's small but packs a punch, plus the app features make long-distance fun even better. It's ideal for phone sex, and the quality was even better than I expected.

Hayden model charger

I asked which charger to get for my Hayden model, ordered it, but it was still the wrong one! I can't seem to find the right charger anywhere!

Hey, I recently got some really neat things from this store that sells fun toys and gadgets. They offer a wide variety of items to pick from and they even have a rewards program, which is pretty cool. The customer service used to be top-notch, but I had an issue with something I purchased recently and reached out about it two weeks ago.
