Flare pants made from recycled material
I gotta tell ya, I was really happy with my recent purchase. It seems like the company has made some good improvements since some of the older reviews I read. They processed my order super fast and I got tracking info right away. The flare pants I bought were made from recycled material and let me tell you, they're awesome. The material is so soft and they fit just as good as some of those fancy yoga brands, but with a more stylish look. I'm really impressed with how high-quality and comfy the pants are.

Difficult customer service experience
My experience with customer service at this company was just plain awful. I had the displeasure of talking to a Supervisor who was really uncooperative and not helpful at all. No matter what I tried to do to fix my problem, he just brushed me off and wouldn't budge. And on top of that, their cancellation process was way too complicated and not easy to use. The return policy for stuff that I hadn't even opened was just ridiculous and super annoying. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone after the way their customer service team treated me.

Overhyped but disappointing purchase
I was so stoked about these sandals! They seemed super cute and cozy on the website. But man, real life was a letdown. It took forever for them to arrive, and they showed up late right before my vacation. Plus, when I reached out for help, customer service was nowhere to be found. The color was all wrong, and even though I went up a size, they were way too small. What a bummer of an experience all around.

LEGO parts choices
The LEGO selection at this store is really awesome. I liked that they had a lot of different parts to choose from. It would've been cool if they offered custom torso pieces with personal images though, that would've made my collection even more special. The prices were fair, especially considering the quality of the products. My order arrived surprisingly quick, just 9 days from the UK to Florida. I also liked that they hand-checked each part quantity, showing they care about the customers. Overall, I had a good shopping experience and would definitely come back for more in the future.
