Defective item replacement
I had an issue with a product I bought that wasn't working right, so I tried to get some help, but I didn't hear back from anyone. I was pretty frustrated with the lack of customer service, to be honest. But then, after I left a review, someone finally got in touch with me via chat and offered to send me a new item to replace the defective one. I said yes to that, but sadly, I never heard from them again. So, I was stuck with a broken item and no help. After my review, they finally reached out to me and replaced the item, which I was thankful for. The customer service was decent, but it took forever for them to respond. Thanks for sorting things out in the end.

I just bought this amazing bag that got sent back to the company because of customs in Germany. But let me tell you, the guy I talked to, David, was so awesome and really went out of his way to help me get my hands on that bag.
