It's now July 31 and the €108 still hasn't hit my account. I sent several emails to their returns link and heard nothing back. Oddly, pickup was punctual and box well packed, so small win, but this is the worst part — no refund yet.

I gotta tell ya, I was really surprised by how fast and helpful the service was, whether I was in the store or online. And let's not even talk about the delivery - it took forever to get to me and then the package was all messed up. I don't think I'd suggest this store to anyone after my experience.
