Mixed experience with Manhattan Home Design
I recently purchased a sofa from Manhattan Home Design and overall, I am satisfied with my experience. The website was easy to navigate and there was a good selection of products to choose from. I appreciated that there were detailed descriptions and multiple photographs of each item, as it made it easier for me to make a decision.
The ordering process was straightforward and the sofa was delivered within the promised time frame. The delivery team was professional and efficiently set up the sofa in my living room.
As for the actual product, the sofa is comfortable and well-constructed. It seems to be holding up well so far and I am happy with my purchase.
One thing that I did find slightly inconvenient was the lack of physical stores. I like to see and test out furniture in person before making a decision, so not being able to do that was a minor drawback for me. However, the thorough product descriptions and pictures on the website helped to alleviate some of that concern.

I just bought a chair from this company and lemme tell ya, I was totally blown away by the whole thing. The delivery was crazy fast, even came earlier than I thought it would. The customer service was amazing, they were super helpful and on top of things the whole time I was ordering. And the price of the chair was really good, especially for how nice it is. The chair itself is not only comfy but also looks really nice, and the fact that it's made of real leather makes it even better. The quality of the chair was even better than I expected, so I know this was a solid purchase for my home.

I bought a Ducaroy Quayside 3 Seater Sofa Fabric in 2022 and about a year later, I noticed an issue with the fabric. But, the customer support from the company totally surprised me in a good way. They really stepped up to help me out and solve the problem. I was really happy with how much they cared about making me happy. Everything went smoothly and quickly, and I was so glad to see my problem fixed right away. I felt like they really cared about me as a customer and I would absolutely tell others to check out their stuff.

I just got this toilet stool to help with my lower back pain when I go to the bathroom. Let me tell you, it really works!
