Small travel device
This little gadget is great for when I travel! It's compact and super portable, making it a breeze to bring along wherever I go. I always remember to throw it in my suitcase. I honestly believe it's perfect for anyone heading out on a trip, whether for leisure or work.
Efficient and convenient machine
I was really impressed by this little machine and how well it works. It does exactly what it says it does and it's so easy to use. I really appreciate the fact that I can easily put it away when I'm not using it, unlike other products that just clutter up my nightstand. Sleep8 system
Hey everyone, I wanted to share my experience with the Sleep8 cleaning system. The whole delivery process was a total nightmare. They use UPS Innovations, and let me tell you, it's like their version of snail mail on steroids. I waited a crazy 16 days to get my order, and that just doesn't fly in today's world. I didn't even have the choice to pick faster shipping. If I had known it would take this long, I would have gone with a different brand altogether. Such a letdown, you know?
Stinky, electrical smell, dissatisfied
I bought this product but I was pretty disappointed with how bad it smelled, even after I made sure to clean it often. The smell was so strong that I couldn't stand using it. I thought maybe the rubber bag was the problem, but I decided to wait another week before returning it. But after that extra week, I ended up waking up three times with headaches probably because of the smell. It was just too much for me, so I wasn't happy with the product in the end.
Sleep apnea cleaner
I'm super bummed about the smell that sticks around after running the Sleep8 cleaner. I've done everything I can think of to make it go away, but no dice. The scent isn't terrible, but it's definitely not nice. I followed all the cleaning instructions, but the smell won't go away. I even just tried using the tube, and the odor is still there. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if this is just how it's supposed to be, but either way, it's not cool for a product that's meant to keep your CPAP gear clean and fresh.
Beautiful, high-quality bed
I gotta say, the bed I got from this company is absolutely amazing. The quality is seriously top-notch and the customer service team, especially Zufi, was so helpful every step of the way. Ordering it was a breeze and the delivery was quick and easy. I'd definitely suggest this company to anyone looking for a new bed.
I had to contact them because my product wasn't working right
I had to complain about my product not holding a charge for three cycles like it's supposed to. They're sending me a new one. The service department has been pretty helpful so far.
Sleep Apnea cleaner
The Sleep Apnea cleaner has really helped me out. Doing the cleaning by hand was such a pain, but now I can just push a button and get it done fast and well. It does take a bit to charge up, but once you get into a routine, it's no big deal. The customer service at that company is fantastic - they're great at communicating and always quick to address any issues or questions. When my device broke after using it for more than a year, they replaced it right away, no fuss at all.
Sleep8 CPAP sanitizer
I'm really loving the Sleep8 CPAP sanitizer, it's so easy to use! It really does an amazing job cleaning my CPAP mask, hose, and humidifier tray. And it seems pretty tough too, which is a plus. The only bummer is that sometimes the zipper gets stuck when I'm trying to close it, but as long as I'm gentle, it still gets the job done.
Device Kit purchase
My experience with the Device Kit has been kind of mixed. While it's really easy to use, which I appreciate, I've been having an issue with a strong chemical smell coming from it. Even after trying to air it out by running my CPAP machine for a while, the smell is still there. It's not just unpleasant, it's actually making me feel uncomfortable with a burning sensation around my nose. When I stopped using it, I noticed redness and soreness on the edges of my nose, which makes me worry about a possible chemical burn. This whole situation has me feeling hesitant about continuing to use the product.
Bed furniture purchase
I recently bought some bed furniture from this store and it was such a great experience. Linda and the store manager Adam were awesome with their customer service. They really knew their stuff, took their time with me, and genuinely wanted to help me find the perfect furniture. Linda spent a lot of time going over different options until I found exactly what I needed. The quality of their products is top-notch and the prices are fair. I had some questions after my purchase and the store team handled them quickly and professionally. Overall, I had a really good shopping experience and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.
Mattress purchase
The process of ordering was really easy and went smoothly, but delivery took a little longer than expected because of the holiday season. Customer service was top-notch, especially Rav at the Bluewater store. He really listened to what I needed and helped me find the perfect mattress. I'm excited to get my new bed and update my review!
Sleep apnea cleaning device
I bought this sleep apnea cleaning device from Sleep8 not too long ago and at first, I really liked how small and sleek it is. But, I was totally turned off by the strong ozone smell it gives off while it's cleaning. I tried reaching out to their support team for help, but the response I got was pretty dismissive and didn't really help. Now, I'm thinking about going back to my old cleaning device, SoClean, unless they can figure out a way to fix this issue.
Lama bed
I just got a llama bed from this company, and let me tell you, I was blown away by the great service I got. Rashid and Jeffrey over at Kings Road were fantastic from start to finish. I would definitely suggest this company to anyone looking for a new bed. The llama bed was even better than I expected, and I'll be coming back for sure.
Perfect for home, travel, and camping
OMG, this little thing is seriously amazing! It's compact and ideal for when I'm traveling or just using it at home. It's so easy to use and fits perfectly in my luggage. The travel wipes are a tad small, but they do the trick. And having the option to charge it via USB is a game-changer when I'm out camping with my family.
Portable cleaning device
The portable cleaning device is really easy to use, which is nice, but I can't stand the strong smell it leaves behind. Every time I use it to clean, I end up having to wash everything to get rid of the smell, which kind of defeats the whole purpose of having the device. I wanted to use it both at home and when I travel, but the smell is just too overpowering. It's actually made my allergies worse since I started using it because of the strong ozone scent it puts out. I spent money on this product and an extra bag, but I can't really make the most of them because of the smell. Now I'm worried about how the smell and ozone might affect someone with respiratory allergies. It would really help if the company could work on fixing this issue and provide some evidence or references to back up their response.

This device is amazing! I can't believe how well it works and how simple it is to use. I've never slept this well before. Totally worth the money!
New gadget
So yeah, I got this new gadget, you know? I was all pumped thinking it was gonna be awesome and simple to use. But then, turns out I'm allergic to the stuff it puts out or something? 'Cause every time I used it, my face broke out in this gross rash. I even tried changing the bag like it said to, but no dice, still made me break out. It's a real bummer 'cause I was really looking forward to using it.
CPAP cleaner
I'm pretty happy with the CPAP cleaner overall, but I did knock off a star because the power cord doesn't fit into the unit very well. It sometimes causes problems with charging. Even so, the device has made a big difference in my daily routine by getting rid of the need to clean my CPAP machine manually.
Super king bed purchase
We bought our super king bed back in April and were pleasantly surprised that it only took 8 weeks to arrive, instead of the 12 weeks we were told. But when we tried to get the headboard upstairs, it wouldn't fit - bummer! Luckily, Sleep 8 really came through for us. They sent a team out right away to take apart the headboard and put everything back together in just a few days. Their service was top-notch and we're so grateful. Thanks a bunch, Sleep 8!
