Subwoofer cables purchase
I bought two subwoofer cables from this store that were supposed to be CL2 rated for in-wall installation in new construction projects. But when I got them, I saw that even though the packaging said they were CL2 rated, there was nothing on the actual cables to confirm that. This has caused problems with my inspector, who wants me to get new cables that are clearly labeled as CL2 rated. I'm really frustrated by the false advertising from this store and the trouble and extra money it's caused me.

Beautiful, high-quality bed
I gotta say, the bed I got from this company is absolutely amazing. The quality is seriously top-notch and the customer service team, especially Zufi, was so helpful every step of the way. Ordering it was a breeze and the delivery was quick and easy. I'd definitely suggest this company to anyone looking for a new bed.

Contact lenses purchase
The customer service rep was so helpful and patient, they stayed on the phone with me until I got the charges for my contact lenses order. The delivery was crazy fast and the packaging was super secure, making sure my lenses got here in perfect shape. And let me tell you, the lenses looked even better in person. All in all, I had a great time dealing with this company and I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

Solid black sandals with gold heel disappointment
I was really bummed about my last purchase from this store. The website had these amazing leopard print sandals with a gold heel, but when I got them, they were just plain black. It was pretty frustrating because the description and pictures were totally off. Online stores should definitely give correct and detailed info about what they're selling so customers are happy. I hope they fix this so other people don't get let down too.

Jeans and jackets
I was pretty happy with the jeans and jackets I got - they were good quality and fit just right. But lemme tell ya, the website was kinda tricky to use, I had a hard time finding what I wanted. I did get some help from customer service, which was nice, but it did take a bit longer than I wanted for them to get back to me. The prices were okay for what I got, but I did find some similar stuff for cheaper elsewhere. At least the delivery was fast and my stuff came in good shape.

I ordered an item 3 months ago and still have not received anything I try to contact them they don't respond to my emails, so i try the online customer service chat for multiple days i am online waiting for more than 5 hours on average and then there is no answer, i dont know what happened to my money as the item i bought is close to 200 dollars, i sincerely regret ever seeing this site, dont be impressed or tempted by the low prices, the price of shipping and the bad service makes you wish you paid twice the amount for your item, and i found the prices to not be cheap at all, if i can post pictures of the customer service disaster i would but i cant here but i think i will post them on google to help as many people as possible avoid my mistake, thank you for the people reviewing here i should have read the reviews before i ordered now i saw in the reviews that i can dispute the credit charge with my bank to get back my money , so here to hopping

I order last Aug 1 with order no. 18482820 but until now the said item has not been received yet, I track it, and said that item has been arrived in the county of destination, it was Aug 9, it was already Aug 18, as of now, there is no movement in the tracking, please let me know the whereabouts of my item, please have some appropriate action on my concern. Please deliver it to me the soonest possible time.
