Denim jeans and cowboy hat
Luckless Outfitters has a really good collection of country-inspired clothes for men and women. I recently bought a pair of denim jeans and a cowboy hat from their online store, and I'm really happy with how good they are. Camo jacket and jeans
I just bought a camo jacket and some jeans from Luckless Outfitters, and I gotta say, I have some conflicting thoughts about the whole deal. Ordering was a breeze, but I wasn't too thrilled with the limited sizes they had in stock. The service was okay, nothing really special to write home about in terms of stellar customer service. The prices were fair considering the quality, but I was hoping for more deals or sales. On the bright side, the delivery was quick and easy.

Purchased a "cute" hoodie for my granddaughter's birthday. My credit card was immediately debited for the full amount. I never received a receipt or tracking number. I have emailed them 4 times with no response. Just hope it comes!
Camo Jacket
I love this jacket, it's awesome! It gives me that outdoorsy vibe, even though I mainly wear it for walking my dog. The material is nice and durable, keeps me cozy in the cold. I just bought some jeans and a jacket from this online store and let me tell you, I am so impressed with how great they are! The jeans fit perfectly and the jacket looks good and feels really sturdy. This store really needs to up their game. The clothes selection is lacking, and the quality is just not good. The denim jeans I got were thin and felt like they might fall apart soon. The cowboy hat I bought looked cheap and flimsy, definitely not worth what I paid. The customer service was just okay, with slow responses and not much effort to help me out. The prices don't match the bad quality of the items. The delivery took longer than I expected, which just made this whole shopping experience worse. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Luckless Outfitters to anyone looking for good country-style fashion.
Jeans and jackets
I was pretty happy with the jeans and jackets I got - they were good quality and fit just right. But lemme tell ya, the website was kinda tricky to use, I had a hard time finding what I wanted. I did get some help from customer service, which was nice, but it did take a bit longer than I wanted for them to get back to me. The prices were okay for what I got, but I did find some similar stuff for cheaper elsewhere. At least the delivery was fast and my stuff came in good shape.
2 shirts and a hat
Has been over the 2-3 weeks for my order placed on 5/6/23.and I get no actual update and on top of that the one shirt that did arrive didn't even fit with their measurements chart. I wear an XL ordered a 2x so would be little big but fits like medium. Can't get an actual response regarding anything because all emails are generic and there is no other way to reach anyone at this company.

I had horrible customer service with this company. First of all, i couldnt get ahold of them when they sent me the wrong items. When i finally did they acted like it was my fault when clearly my invoice showed I ordered corretly and they messed up the order. First they said i had to pack it up and pay for shipping. When i said you gave me the wrong item they said well we will send a label and you have to ship it back before we give you what you paid for. When I said that was ridiculous they literally told me lol ?. They are withholding items I paid for and have no idea of consumer laws and they were so rude and mocking of me.
Hoodie
The owners of Luckless Outfitters have horrible Customer service and are extremley disrespectful to their customers. Purchased a hoodie that was the cheapest quality material and came with a hole in the seam. I was told that I must have ripped it and they were not willing to refund or replace.

Clothing is cute but customer service is horrible. Love what they sell but will never buy from this company again based on how they treat people. I requested an exchange for the bra because it was slightly too big. First they couldn't find the order then they ridiculed me saying if I had a larger chest it would be fine.
