Contact lenses purchase
The customer service rep was so helpful and patient, they stayed on the phone with me until I got the charges for my contact lenses order. The delivery was crazy fast and the packaging was super secure, making sure my lenses got here in perfect shape. And let me tell you, the lenses looked even better in person. All in all, I had a great time dealing with this company and I'll definitely be ordering from them again.
Progressive lenses purchase
These new progressive lenses have seriously blown me away! I can't believe how clear and sharp my vision is with my new glasses from Eyeconic. Ordering was easy peasy and they got my measurements spot on. Eyeconic is top-notch with their service and products, unlike other online glasses shops. Quick delivery, disappointing quality
My experience with Eyeconic was pretty disappointing overall, especially since I paid a ton for my Anne Klein glasses with my vision insurance. The delivery of the sunglasses was fine, but the quality of the product just didn't measure up. The glasses didn't look like they did on the website, and when I put them on, they felt cheap and fragile. I was hoping for better quality and design with such a pricey buy. It's a bummer but this experience has left me feeling unsatisfied and not really wanting to buy from Eyeconic again.
