Order not delivered
I'm really bummed out about my recent purchase. I've been waiting forever, like 6 weeks, only to find out it's getting sent back because it couldn't be delivered. And to top it off, they're only giving me a refund minus the postage costs. The customer service people have been so unhelpful and it's just not right.

Wine cooler purchase
I recently bought this really cool wine cooler from this company, and let me tell you, it's amazing! I wanted to ask a simple question about how thick the door is, and they took forever to get back to me. I mean, really?! If they can't even answer a basic question, how can I trust them if something goes wrong with the cooler? It's so frustrating. And when they finally did reply, they said they didn't even have a tape measure to check the door thickness. I mean, are you serious? How can a company not have a tape measure? It just doesn't make sense. They really need to step up their customer service. It's just ridiculous!

I bought some glasses from this online store not too long ago, and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare. It's been months now, and I still haven't received a pair that actually helps me see. The customer service has been pretty disappointing, and I'm still waiting on my refund for the messed up glasses. The whole thing has been such a waste of my time and money.

Missing order
I never got my order and had to email them a bunch of times just to find out what was going on. It's really annoying and kind of a letdown that my stuff didn't show up when it was supposed to. Now I'm stuck having to ask for my money back, which is just a huge pain. All in all, I've had a pretty bad time with this and I wouldn't suggest buying from them.
