Mattress
As a customer at the store, I gotta say, I was really impressed by all the different mattresses they had to choose from. The staff there knew their stuff and helped me pick out the absolute best mattress for me, based on how I sleep and what I like. Ordering it was easy peasy, and the service I got was top-notch. The prices were fair compared to other places, and they got my mattress to me quickly and smoothly. Missing order
I never got my order and had to email them a bunch of times just to find out what was going on. It's really annoying and kind of a letdown that my stuff didn't show up when it was supposed to. Now I'm stuck having to ask for my money back, which is just a huge pain. All in all, I've had a pretty bad time with this and I wouldn't suggest buying from them.

Laptop
I bought a laptop from your company not too long ago, and man, I gotta tell ya, I am super let down with how it turned out. After only a few months of using it, the thing just quit on me completely. I sent it in to get fixed up, but it ended up getting even more messed up during delivery by the carrier. The repair guys and the delivery company didn't want to take responsibility for what happened, and now I'm stuck with a busted laptop that's totally useless to me.
