I was really upset with how much I ended up having to pay for my purchase. The starting price that was advertised was way off from what I actually had to shell out. And on top of that, the extra fees for delivery were just too much. Clear pricing is super important to me as a customer, and not knowing exactly how much I would have to pay left me feeling like I got taken advantage of.

Yeti 1500X solar generator
I recently bought the Yeti 1500X solar generator, but it's been a bit of a letdown. It doesn't work right - I have to keep unplugging and plugging it back in to get a full recharge. And when a cloud comes along, the power drops and doesn't bounce back up when the sun's shining bright again. I've tried reaching out to customer service a few times by email, but haven't heard back.
