Givenchy boots at a steal
Hey there, everyone! Just wanted to give you the heads up - if you're looking for some great deals on designer items, Base Blu is where it's at. I recently scored a sweet pair of Givenchy boots for half the regular price. Let me tell you, they are totally worth every cent. The ordering process was super easy, although I did have a little issue with PayPal jumping the gun on completing my transaction. Thankfully, the customer service team was on it and helped me cancel the order no problem. After thinking it over, I decided to go for it anyway, and I'm thrilled I did. Despite my back and forth, the boots showed up earlier than expected. Happy customer right here!
Beautiful Dolce and Gabbana briefcase
I just bought this amazing designer briefcase from a boutique and let me tell you, I was so impressed with the whole thing. At first, I was a little worried about getting something from a boutique in Europe because I thought it might take forever to get here in the US, but it only took 5 days! And the briefcase? It was top-notch, really good quality. My daughter adored it for her law school graduation. Plus, the customer service was awesome - they always replied super quickly to my emails. I would totally order from them again, no doubt.
Authentic Versace belt and shorts
I was a little worried at first about buying from this store, especially since I'm in the US. But I decided to go for it and get myself a Versace belt and shorts. And you know what? When my order arrived, I was actually really happy. The stuff was legit, just like they said. And the shipping was super quick, only took three business days. The belt didn't come in a fancy Versace box, but it was well protected and came looking perfect. All in all, I had a good time shopping here and will definitely come back in the future.
Moncler bag purchase
I recently got this really awesome Moncler bag and it's seriously the best thing ever! I'm in London and it only took 3 days to arrive, which was super quick. And the best part is, I saved a bunch of money and didn't have to pay for shipping. The bag is totally authentic and I absolutely adore it. I don't understand why some folks left negative reviews, Base Blu is amazing! Thanks, Base Blu for getting me this awesome bag! 👏
Overcharged, Ridiculous Import Duty
Stay away from this company! They seriously have the nerve to hit customers with crazy charges for import duty/tax on orders from Italy to the UK. It's totally ridiculous and not okay! How can they think it's okay to charge such high fees just because the UK is outside the EU? It's shameful that they're trying to scam unsuspecting customers. I highly recommend avoiding this company. They're just a bunch of scammers looking to take advantage of people's money.

Fendi polo men
As someone who's never bought luxury designer stuff before from this site, I gotta say I was blown away by how quick that shipping was, especially since I'm in the USA. They really packed up my package well, and that Fendi polo men's shirt? It was not only gorgeous but definitely the real deal. I was super happy with my buy and would totally suggest checking out this place for luxury designer goods.
Wool jacket
I'm really bummed about the wool jacket I bought - it's just not up to par with what I expected, especially for what I paid. I've tried to return it, but the seller won't take it back. I feel like I've been tricked and let down by the lack of genuine products from this seller.
Overpriced wrong item
This website is a total disaster! I ordered something specific, but they ended up sending me the wrong thing. And on top of that, I had to fork over a ton of cash for taxes on the item they sent by mistake because it was delivered to the UK. When I tried to send it back and get my money back, they said it was some kind of 'imported product' and wouldn't take it back. I even tried asking for a discount code to reorder the right item, but they didn't even bother to respond to my emails. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this website!
White shoes
I got these white shoes, but they hit me with all these duty fees that just made the price way too high compared to other places. I ain't coming back to shop here after that. I could've snagged 'em for less over at a store like Farfetch.
International purchase, duty charges
I recently bought something online from this store overseas and had some trouble with duty charges when I tried to send it back. I knew I had to pay duties when ordering from the UK and was ready to handle the duty refund stuff. But then the store told me I would also have to pay duties in Italy when I sent the item back. That was new to me because I've shopped from lots of sites in Italy and other EU countries before and never had to pay duties on returns. It feels like they're trying to make it harder for people to return things, which is pretty annoying.
Gucci bag purchase
Be careful if you decide to buy from this store. I bought a fancy bag online thinking I got a good deal, but ended up paying more because of unexpected import fees. They also had discount codes that didn't work for what I bought, which was a bummer. Just know that the price you see on the website might not be all you end up paying once you factor in extra fees like import duties. Just a heads up!
shipped to UK, got hit with a big vat bill
I ordered something online and it said the price included tax, but when it arrived I had to pay extra. I called customer service to ask about it and they were really rude, saying it was my problem. Plus, they changed their policies on me so fast.
Delayed Order
I had a problem with my order from this store. They took my money but didn't tell me what was going on with my purchase for a long time. Even after I tried to contact them, they never got back to me and ended up canceling my order. I was really let down by how they handled things and their lack of customer service. There are plenty of other stores out there to shop at, so I don't think I'll be suggesting this one to anyone.
