I bought these really awesome headphones from here, but when I tried to return them, it was such a hassle. You have to kind of figure out how to do the return all on your own, there's like no instructions or address given. You have to go online and request to return the item. Then, after waiting for a while, you finally receive an email with a return ticket. And then you have to take it to the post office and pay for the return shipping yourself. It's just not cool, dude.
Vinyl record purchase
I bought a vinyl record from Muziker recently and the sleeve got messed up during shipping, but it wasn't really their fault, it was the courier's fault. Still, Muziker handled the situation really well. They gave me a full refund for the record right away, which showed that they care about their customers and are pretty generous too. Even though the start was a bit disappointing because of something out of their hands, their effort to fix things has made me want to shop with them again in the future.
