I'm so bummed about my recent purchase from this company. The stuff I bought was not as good as it looked on the website. The camo jacket and cargo pants I got were totally different from what I saw online. And now, trying to get my money back through PayPal is a total nightmare. It's annoying to think I might not even get a refund for these crappy products. I thought ordering from this company would protect me, but that's clearly not true. I strongly recommend avoiding shopping here. Wayrates is misleading people by acting like they're US-based when they're really in China. Save yourself the hassle and find your clothes somewhere else.

Super cool headphones
I bought these really awesome headphones from here, but when I tried to return them, it was such a hassle. You have to kind of figure out how to do the return all on your own, there's like no instructions or address given. You have to go online and request to return the item. Then, after waiting for a while, you finally receive an email with a return ticket. And then you have to take it to the post office and pay for the return shipping yourself. It's just not cool, dude.

I got these awesome sneakers from a company a month back but I still haven't gotten them! It's super irritating since I was so excited to rock them. The shipping peeps said they lost the package, and now I'm down $72.80 with nothing to wear. I tried hitting up customer service, but they were useless. I even called the Cali headquarters, and they pretty much said tough luck. It's like they don't give a darn about their customers. No way I'll be ordering from them again.

Sketchy subscription model

When I bought stuff from this brand, I was kinda bummed out by how long it took to get my preordered items. The products were pretty good, but they were a little pricey. They always have sales going on, but it seems like they never have average sizes in stock, just really small or really big ones. It was annoying to feel like they were leaving out lots of customers by not having regular sizes available. And waiting 6-10 months for my stuff to arrive after preordering was definitely not the best experience.

Ingredients concerns
I bought some vitamins recently and was pretty bummed out to see that they had titanium dioxide and magnesium stearate in them. Honestly, those ingredients are totally unnecessary and can actually have some bad side effects. Kinda scary when you think about it, since these vitamins are supposed to be good for you. I ended up throwing them out, so now I just wasted my money.
