Items for my teenage daughter
I was really upset by the terrible customer service I got from this company. I bought some stuff for my teenage daughter, but we never got it. When I asked about my order, the customer service was just terrible. It felt like they didn't care that I never got what I paid for. Their response basically just said to deal with it. In today's world, good customer service should be a priority, so this is just not acceptable. I will definitely be telling everyone I know to stay away from this company. Rue21, you've lost me as a customer forever with your awful customer service.
Favorite store for years
I've been shopping at this store for years and it's always been my favorite spot to find stylish and affordable clothes. My granddaughters love it too! But I'm really bummed out that they stopped doing online orders. It's so frustrating not being able to shop online and get my favorite items delivered without having to go to the store in person.
Sweatpants ripped within a week, refund issue
I bought these sweatpants from this company, and they ripped after wearing them for only a week. Also, I tried to return another item with the original packing slip, following the instructions, but I never got my money back. When I contacted customer service, they told me they couldn't help without a tracking number. It's frustrating that they don't have a good system in place, and it really makes their customer service look bad.
Grandson's clothes
I bought some clothes for my grandson last week, but only received one item. I'm really disappointed. I've been checking the tracking info, but it keeps showing the same thing and then disappearing. When I looked manually, I saw that it's in a different state! I've had to call customer service every day, but all they say is that it takes 7-10 business days. It feels like they don't care about my order at all, which is really annoying. I've decided not to shop here again. I found clothes somewhere else and already received them. So much better! ?
Overcharged for sales tax
I just bought something online from this store and was really surprised to see that they were charging me a 20% sales tax. That seemed really steep to me, considering in my city the sales tax is only 10.25%. I checked my math again and, yup, the tax they were adding was definitely pushing my total up to 20%. I couldn't believe they were overcharging me like that.
Cute clothes, cheap prices
The employees at this store are awesome to chat with! They're really friendly and give off a welcoming vibe as soon as you step inside. They show genuine emotions and genuinely want to help you pick out the best outfit. The clothing is stylish and adorable, plus a good amount of it is budget-friendly for the quality. I always end up finding something I adore whenever I shop here!
Plus size clothes
I really wish they would offer more clothing options for plus size girls like me. It's always a struggle to find stylish clothes in my size, and it's just not fair!
Clothing order
I wouldn't recommend trusting this company to get your order right. I ordered some clothes and got a totally different package with stuff I didn't even want. And when I tried to contact customer service for help, turns out they don't do phone support anymore. It's really not cool and quite a letdown. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this untrustworthy company.
Plus size clothing purchase
I really enjoy shopping at this store for plus size clothing, but I really wish they had an app. The website is pretty slow and annoying to use. It would be much better if I could just save things in my cart for later instead of having to look for them all over again. But I have to say, the plus size section is really great. The choices are stylish and flattering, which isn't always easy to find in larger sizes. Plus, my orders always come quickly, which is awesome because I really don't like waiting for my packages.

I had a frustrating experience with an online order from a retailer. My daughter ordered some items from their website and they were sent out in three separate shipments. Sadly, none of the packages arrived, and there was no clear tracking information. When I called customer service about the missing packages, I was informed I'd have to wait until Saturday to get a refund. This wait is not okay, especially since the money was taken from my account the same day as the order. Now, the only option I have left is to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I hit up the store and found some super cute stuff. They had the most amazing sweaters, sweatpants, tops, and jeans. Everything fit me like a glove and the prices were unbelievable! I stocked up on a bunch of stuff and I'm so excited to rock it all.

I’m always browsing the website for new stuff for me and my family. The prices are reasonable and the quality is top-notch. I've never had any issues with this company and always suggest it to others. I shop on the site often, sometimes even a few times a month because the variety is awesome and the deals are hard to beat.
Misplaced online order for daughters
I ordered stuff online for my daughters, but got less than half of what I paid for. At first, I thought it was the delivery guy's fault, but when I called the store's customer service, they were slow to help. It took two tries before they finally gave me my money back. If they care about their customers, they should think about switching delivery services. Plus, the clothes weren't great quality either, so all in all, I wasn't too happy with my online shopping experience.

I just bought some stuff online and got the wrong sizes for a few items. I tried to send them back, but it was a pain to figure out how to do it by mail. After I finally sent back over $100 worth of stuff through USPS, I never got my money back. The customer service was really terrible and overall, this whole thing was super frustrating and unsatisfying.
Recent in-store experience
I had a pretty frustrating experience at a store recently. The employees were too busy chatting and doing their own thing instead of helping customers like me. As I was looking around, I felt like no one cared or even noticed me. I walked out without buying anything because I felt like they didn't appreciate my business. It was annoying and made me feel unimportant. I definitely won't be going back there again.
Recent store visit
I went to that store the other day and man, it was a letdown. The staff just weren't on top of their game. There were a bunch of them there, but they were too busy shooting the breeze with each other instead of helping out us customers. I ended up stuck at the register while one of them just kept on chatting away with a buddy. I finally had to bail and take back the stuff I was gonna buy. It was seriously not a fun time at all.
Clothes
I hopped online to grab some new school clothes, but let me tell you, that website was a mess. Shipping costs were through the roof, and even choosing to ship to the store wasn't any better. Who even charges for that these days? And the quality of the clothes? Not worth it. On top of that, they never have the trendy stuff in stock. So annoying!
Ripped jeans and faux fur band pool slides in black
I recently bought some stuff from this store, and let me tell you, I'm really impressed with what I got. I got two pairs of ripped jeans and some black faux fur band pool slides. The jeans I bought way back in 8th grade still fit me perfectly, and now I'm a junior in high school! The pool slides are super comfy and cute, and they go with everything. Everything I ordered fit me just right, I got mediums in all my clothes and size 6 in the shoes. It took about a week for my order to arrive, but it was totally worth it for the awesome quality stuff I got.
Black leggings and a graphic t-shirt
I went to the store with my friends to check out some cool clothes. As I was looking at the shirts, I noticed the store manager staring at me but not offering any help. It made me feel uneasy, like I wasn't welcome there. I got the vibe that he was watching me because of my Hispanic background, and it really turned me off from ever shopping there again. Overall, it was a bad experience that put a damper on my day.
