Customer service experience.
I've gotta say, I'm always blown away by how professional and customer-focused this company is. It's pretty wild that they don't even have a customer service phone number, but they still manage to be super attentive to their customers. Whenever I shoot them an email asking for a callback, they're on it in no time, making sure to sort out any issues or questions I may have. Their dedication to going the extra mile for their customers really makes them stand out from the other companies I've dealt with.

Handbag
I bought a new handbag because my old one was low-quality and the new one I got was also not in great shape. So, I took them both back but when I got my refund, they only refunded me for one of them. I called to ask about the missing refund but they said all the managers were in meetings and couldn't help me. It's really frustrating and not cool that a brand like this would have such bad customer service. I'm really unhappy with how they handled my return and the lack of communication from their customer service team.
