    Scooter replacement parts

    As a parent of kids who are really into riding their scooter, I've had to switch out a bunch of parts on our X7 Pro scooter from this company. We're talking tubes, tires, wheels, throttle kit, chargers - you name it. Even though our scooter takes a beating, the folks at this company have been awesome. They're always super quick to respond and help out whenever I need a new part. They shoot back emails fast and even have some handy DIY videos to show me how to swap out the parts. I really appreciate their support and how they go above and beyond to keep our scooter in top shape for my kids.

    Custom Shoes Purchase

    I recently bought some custom shoes from the store, but the whole process was a huge letdown. The shoes got sent through a third-party delivery service, causing a major delay and ended up back at the store. Dealing with customer service was no help at all. They basically just told me to order the same shoes again. And the refund for the first order was a mess - Vans asked for unnecessary security checks and didn't give me clear updates on where my refund was at. The lack of communication and care from the company has really left me feeling super disappointed.

    TV installation service

    So, I ordered a TV to be installed on the wall for my mom's birthday, right? The TV got delivered super quick, but the installation guy was supposed to come later. My mom waited all day, cancelled all her plans, and no one even called. We tried calling, messaging on Telegram, messenger, and email, but no one knew anything! Finally, around 4 pm, a sales guy emailed us saying the installers might not come until later because of weekends and holidays. Then the Telegram operator said installation might not happen until the end of the month. Like, seriously? The TV is still in the box, I don't even know if it works. Then, at around 5 pm, the installer calls my mom saying he might come the next day after 3 pm, but it's not definite! What kind of service is this? I'm never recommending this to anyone, even though the delivery was super fast!

    I just asked for a switch-up on my theme with Debutify, and man, their service was on point! Seriously, within 10 minutes of me putting in the request, they already had my theme updated with the changes I wanted. And get this - I asked for the same thing on another store I run, and boom, it was done in just 5 minutes. These guys are speedy! Big shoutout to Taynara for doing such a great job with the tech support. Debutify is the real deal, y'all. I gotta say, their themes and staff are top-notch. Highly recommend checking them out.

    I just got a Lake+ model from this company and let me tell you, I am super impressed. Ordering online was easy peasy, and the kayak showed up in perfect shape.     After Coldwater Creek shut down their stores, I thought I'd give their online shop a try. I bought a few things and when they came, they seemed nice in the photos. But when I really checked them out, the clothes and fabric quality wasn't any better than what I could get at Target for less money. And to make matters worse, I unknowingly joined some sketchy membership thing that was charging me $14.99 a month for "rewards" that definitely weren't worth it.

    I just bought some furniture from this store and man, I was super let down by their customer service. They're supposed to be all fancy and high-end, but the way they treated me was totally not cool. They never even gave me any tracking updates for my order, and they even sent me the wrong thing once.
