Memory foam pillow purchase
I got this memory foam pillow from Domestify but it wasn't right for my wife. I reached out to the customer service team to ask about returning it, and they were so good about giving me all the details I needed. I was actually really surprised when the founder of the company personally apologized for the mix-up. It's not often you see a company go above and beyond like that to make sure customers are happy. It was nice to see how much Domestify cares about their customers and making things right.
Fast and excellent plant delivery
I recently bought some plants from this company and I was super impressed. The plants came right on time and looked amazing. The quality was top-notch and the customer service was fantastic from start to finish. I will definitely be buying from them again in the future.

I just bought some stuff from this online store, and man, they have such a huge variety of products! Whether you're treating yourself or on the lookout for gifts, they've got something for everybody on there. My experience with Domestify was so disappointing. I ordered live plants and got two dead bare roots instead. I've been trying to get a refund for five days straight after waiting for two weeks, but haven't heard a peep from them. It's been super frustrating and unsatisfactory. I also contacted Walmart, where I made the online order, but they haven't been able to help either. I'm really unhappy and I want my refund right now.
