Even though the customer service ended up being good, I still think the refund process could be simpler and more convenient for customers. The product itself was top-notch, but unfortunately, it was too small for my needs, so I had to return it. Overall, the experience was a mix of good and bad, but it ended well.
Four cozy hats, different hues
As we're getting closer to the holiday season, I found these super cute hats in four different colors that I think would be a great Christmas gift. The quality of the hats is really nice, and I'm super happy with my purchase. The colors are so bright and the material is really soft and cozy. I just got a new phone case for my Galaxy S23 Ultra, but man, it took forever to get here. And when it finally came, I was bummed out by the quality. The case looked cheap and had this clear plastic window that made it a pain to use my phone without taking it out. Plus, some parts of the plastic would stick to the keypad, which was super annoying.

I ordered some Christmas gifts from this company at the very last minute and was kind of bummed when they didn't make it in time. Makeup bags for granddaughters
I was kind of bummed about not getting any updates on when my stuff was gonna get shipped out by the company. But when it finally came in, I was pretty happy with those makeup bags. The material feels really velvety and super soft, great for my grandkids.
Makeup organizer purchase
Fast shipping, the item looks exactly like described, the color is beautiful, and the price is great. The only thing is that the spaces for the makeup brushes are a bit too small for the larger handled brushes to fit comfortably. It's not a huge deal, I can make it work.
New purse
I just picked up this adorable new purse and I'm loving it! It's small but when you unzip it, it's like magic - there's so much room inside! It's perfect for fitting my wallet, phone, and keys just right. The only thing is that the zipper is a little short, so I have to watch out to not catch my skin in it.
Velvet baseball cap purchase
I got this really nice velvet baseball cap from Himoda. It was super well made and came nicely packaged. But, when I got my order, there was a mix-up. I ordered one black cap and one red cap, but they sent me two black caps instead. I tried to contact customer service right away, but they didn't help me fix the mistake. It was pretty disappointing not getting the support I needed.
Purses from overseas
I bought a few purses from this shop because they looked really cute and stylish. But I didn't realize they were coming from overseas, so it took way longer for them to arrive than I thought it would, which was super annoying. Thankfully, when I contacted customer service about the delay, they got back to me quickly and gave me all the tracking details I needed.
Small wallet
I love the small wallet I got from here! It's just what I needed - holds all my cards, cash, and coins without being bulky. I had a little mix-up with my order (my bad), but Himoda was super quick to email me back and fix everything. Awesome product and even better customer service!
Crossbody purse with phone compartment
I do like how the phone compartment is on the outside, that's a pretty smart and useful idea. But honestly, the purse as a whole is just kinda meh. The strap feels cheap, and the board between the compartments seems like it won't hold up well. And there really aren't enough card slots, which is a pain if you've got a bunch of cards to carry. I'm glad it wasn't a rip-off, but I wish it was more durable and practical.
Red purse purchase
I just bought this super cute red purse from this company and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed. It looks really high-end and even though it was supposed to be red, it's more of a burgundy color, which I actually love. The purse is just gorgeous and I'm over the moon about it.
Shiny silver baseball caps
I am extremely satisfied with Himoda and the baseball hats I purchased. They packed them extremely carefully so that hats stayed in great shape.
