The customer service from this company is seriously lacking and just not acceptable. They don't even have a phone number for direct contact and when you send them an email, they either take forever to respond or don't respond at all. Plus, the way they act on social media, like blocking customers on Instagram just for giving feedback, is so unprofessional and disrespectful. I've seen similar products at other stores for way cheaper, so their high prices just aren't worth it at all.

Man, let me tell you, the customer service at that store was absolutely terrible! I ordered this awesome shirt and pants set, but it never showed up. Fed Ex claimed they dropped it off, but there was no evidence or anything. I even showed them pictures of my fancy private elevator area to prove that nobody delivered it, but they hit me with the "you have to wait 20 days for us to assist you" response. And all that hassle for just $68. I swear, I am never going to shop there again.

This company is a complete joke! I ordered something and their tracking system says it was delivered, but guess what? It never made it to my door. I reached out to customer service for assistance, and all they did was refer me back to the incorrect tracking info. Essentially, they're telling me too bad, so sad. It's absurd! I will for sure not buy from this company again.

And you know what? Everything arrived on time, was really nice quality, and looked just like the pictures online. I did have a little issue with one of the chair covers having a rip in it, probably from someone getting a little too carried away with a box cutter. But when I reached out to customer service, they were fantastic! They offered to send me a new cover or give me a refund right away. Pretty cool, huh?
