Loafers
I just bought a pair of loafers from this store, but they ended up being the wrong size for me. However, the customer service I got was really great. They totally understood the issue and gave me a gift card to make things right. I was bummed that they didn't have the original shoes I wanted in stock, but I opted to try a different style instead. Fingers crossed this new pair fits and is comfy! Overall, my experience with this store has been awesome, and I'm grateful for their fantastic customer service and understanding.
Sunglasses
As a newbie to this store, I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how easy their website was to use. They had a ton of different products to choose from, so I was able to find a dope pair of sunglasses that really fit my vibe. My new shades just showed up and I couldn't be happier with them. The Lattelier Team really impressed me with how professional and efficient they were during my recent experience. I had ordered something that ended up being unavailable, but instead of just canceling it without telling me, they actually reached out to me with some other options. I was really impressed with how well they communicated and took care of everything. And when I gave them my preference, they responded right away and updated my order. I'm really grateful for how responsive and attentive they were.

This store is such a hidden gem! The website is super easy to use, it's like a breath of fresh air compared to other online stores. Checking out is a piece of cake - even a 5th grader could do it! Recent order status
I just bought something from LattelierStore, but it still hasn't shown up. The tracking info they gave me is no help at all, so I have no idea where my package is. It's really annoying because I count on things being quick and reliable when I shop online.
Variety of products
The store has a great variety of products to choose from that fit all kinds of needs and preferences. I really like that there are so many choices, it makes it simple to find just what I need. But, I do feel like having more payment options, especially for the more expensive items, would be helpful for customers who like to pay in different ways. Overall, I'm happy with how my shopping trip went at this store.
Winter essentials purchase
I just bought some stuff I needed for winter at this store, and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. They always seem to have just what I'm looking for, especially when it comes to winter stuff. Although, I did have a bit of a wait to get my order, which was kind of a bummer. On the bright side, I really liked the sale prices they had, and their online shop was super cool and easy to use.
Unique suit design
I just bought a suit from this store and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed. The design really stood out to me right away, and once I got the suit, I was blown away by the elegant and beautiful color. The quality of the suit is excellent and I know it will hold up for a good while. I am absolutely in love with this suit and I can't wait to show it off at my next event.
Trench coat purchase
I just got my trench coat from this store and I gotta tell you, it's stunning. The quality is amazing and I'm so excited to show it off. But I'm kind of bummed that I wasn't able to use the 'early bird gets the worm' discount that was promoted right before I bought it. Hopefully, I won't miss out on the next sale.
Jacket and blouse
Oh my gosh, I just got this super cute jacket and blouse from this store! The jacket is seriously so warm and cozy, and the blouse is just so pretty. I am so excited to wear them to school and show all my friends. The quality of the clothes is amazing and the designs are absolutely gorgeous. I am totally obsessed with this store now!
Slippers purchase
I bought a pair of slippers back in January and man, they were awful quality. I tried to return them right away but got told to talk to the after-sales service. I did everything they said, asked for a return label, but never heard back. I kept emailing for 11 months asking for that label and just kept getting ignored. When I finally asked if they'd ever reply, I was told I was way past the 14-day return limit. This is just terrible customer service - the phone number doesn't even work, the chat is useless, and emails go unanswered.
Cute clothes
I ordered these super cute clothes online back in January, but they still haven't shown up and now it's already March! I've been trying to reach out to them, but they don't even have a phone number! It's so frustrating trying to get in touch with them, ugh.
Stylish and quality pieces
I had no trouble placing my order since there were so many styles to choose from. However, it's been over a month now and I still haven't received my item. I reached out to them via email but haven't heard back yet. I'm pretty bummed about the lack of communication and the long wait for my order to be processed.

I just bought something from that store and it was a complete disaster. The customer service was total garbage and they never gave me my money back for a return I made. But get this, now I'm getting flooded with spam emails every day from random Gmail accounts pretending to be the store. It's so obvious that they're up to no good, so my advice is to steer clear of them.
Unresponsive Customer Service
I placed an order two weeks ago and still haven't gotten a receipt or shipping info. I tried reaching out to customer service through email, but no luck. Couldn't even find a working phone number to get help. It's been a total headache and feels like I got ripped off.
Shirt order, wrong item received
Lattelier was a total nightmare to deal with, let me tell you. Can you believe they took over three weeks to deliver my order? And when it finally showed up, guess what? They sent me a dress instead of the shirt I wanted! And to top it off, it didn't even fit right. When I contacted them about the mix-up, they actually had the nerve to say I could keep the dress and they would send me the right item later. By that point, it would've been like six weeks since I first ordered. I was so done with their mistakes, so I asked for a refund for the shirt. But guess what? It's been almost a month, and still no money back. This whole thing has been a total nightmare, seriously. I wouldn't even wish it on my worst enemy, that's how bad it was.
Black rhinestone boots
I just got my black rhinestone boots and let me tell ya, they were a little delayed (thanks COVID), but man, they are worth the wait! The quality is top-notch, they were packaged up all nice and pretty, and I am over the moon with how they look. This store is the real deal, they seriously know how to deliver high-quality products.
Quick and easy shopping experience
As a busy customer, I really like it when a store keeps things simple and easy. LattelierStore totally nailed it in that department. From looking around their website to making a purchase, everything was smooth sailing. Time is precious to me, so I'm happy to see this store values that too.
