Phone case purchase
I had my Bandolier phone case for a good two years before I had any problems with it. The strap connector to the case ended up breaking just a month after I got it. I contacted customer service to tell them what happened, and they quickly sent me a new case and strap without any issues. The new case is still holding up well, but I need to get a new phone, so I'll definitely be buying from them again soon.

I've ordered from this company two times now and both times my items never showed up. When I tried to contact customer service, they acted like it was no big deal and didn't take my missing orders seriously at all. I had to resort to bad-mouthing them just to get a refund for one of the orders. It's been three months and I'm still fighting to get my money back for the second order. Watch out before you decide to buy from them, because dealing with their lack of care has been a total nightmare.

Athletic face shields in various colors
The athletic face shields from this company come in lots of colors and prints, so you can easily find one that fits your style. The fabric quality is a bit lacking though - it starts to look worn out after just one wash. And you might have to wear two shields at once to keep dust out, which is kind of a hassle. But I do like getting compliments on how the shields look, so that's a plus.
