This phone case is awesome for anyone who wants to carry just the basics without dealing with a huge bag. But I do have to say, the strap isn't great for me. It's not adjustable and the material is kind of uncomfortable around my neck. I had to swap it out for a better strap, which was a little disappointing. Even with that, I still really like the product and I hope they come out with more options down the line.

Its wonderful and amazing
i bought the cross pouch from here and it was so amazing and cool. however its not space as i thought it would be, but overall the bag really looks cool. I can carry my phone , cash , cards and some small stuffs, But its really okay and it do the work , apart from that quality is awesome, i love the look and it goes perfectly with my dresses. For daily use, i recommend it for sure. Its helpful and also easy to carry . The pouch is nice and i am planning to gift one to my sister who wants same thing , so yeah defiantly try it

So, I decided to contact customer service for some help. And let me tell you, I was super happy with the way they handled things. The team quickly sent me a new case for free, and everything went really smoothly. I liked that emailing back and forth with them was so nice and easy. I just bought the Lena case in sienna color and I am totally in love with it! I loved it so much that I even got a matching pouch and key attachment, and I also bought two more cases as Christmas presents. Now I can't wait for my Emma bag to arrive. Bandolier's phone sling is amazing! I never really liked carrying a purse, so I used to just stuff everything in my pockets. But now, thanks to my new phone sling, I can look stylish while keeping my phone, keys, and cards all together.
