Slippers purchase
I bought a pair of slippers back in January and man, they were awful quality. I tried to return them right away but got told to talk to the after-sales service. I did everything they said, asked for a return label, but never heard back. I kept emailing for 11 months asking for that label and just kept getting ignored. When I finally asked if they'd ever reply, I was told I was way past the 14-day return limit. This is just terrible customer service - the phone number doesn't even work, the chat is useless, and emails go unanswered.

Movie rentals
I recently had a terrible experience with movie rentals. I rented a few films from the kiosk and returned them on time, but then got hit with extra charges and holds on my account for no apparent reason. The customer service was not helpful at all, they just tried to blame my bank instead of owning up to the mistake. Dealing with that kind of dishonesty is really frustrating.

Alla prima painting course purchase
I recently signed up for this alla prima painting course and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster! Not only was the content totally lacking, but I couldn't even find the course materials anywhere. How are they supposed to teach you how to paint without giving you everything you need to succeed? It's a total rip-off! And don't even get me started on the so-called "course chat" that they claim you can use if you're having trouble with the course resources - well, surprise, surprise, you can't even get in there! It's like they don't actually want you to learn anything beyond basic outlines. It's seriously absurd. Oh, and good luck trying to reach out to them for help - you have to fill out some form and then they never even bother getting back to you. I am never buying anything from them again, like ever!
