Hey ladies, I just had to share about the lace front wig I bought recently. Let me tell you, this wig makes me feel like a total QUEEN. Bracelet purchase disappointment
The products are great, but the customer service is terrible. I recently purchased a bracelet online without realizing it was a final sale. When I tried to return it, they refused because it was on sale. Who actually reads the return policy for items you expect to keep? It was a really bad experience. I just wanted a store credit, not a refund.

Pearl earrings and bracelet
I recently bought a pair of pearl earrings and a bracelet from this company, and I have to say I'm really impressed with the quality and uniqueness of their handmade jewelry. Frustrating experience
I was really excited about using this platform, but it turned out to be a letdown. It seems like there might be some sketchy stuff going on behind the scenes, because a bunch of my stuff never got listed for sale. I sent in some really good items like Dr. Martens boots and Wrangler bell-bottoms, but they just disappeared. I tried reaching out multiple times, but all I got was a vague credit with no explanation. It's frustrating to see similar items now up for sale on the site, which makes me think my stuff got ignored on purpose. I even sent in brand new Rothy red ballet flats and barely worn L.L. Bean fleece vests, but nothing happened.
