Skin care product
This website is ridiculous. I bought a skin care product like forever ago and it still hasn't shown up. I've reached out to them a bunch of times asking about my order, but they haven't even bothered to reply once. It's really annoying and disappointing that I can't even get my money back for something that never got delivered. Don't waste your time here, just steer clear of this place.

I just got VoIP service not too long ago and I gotta say, I'm really happy with how everything went. Blouse purchase
I was so disappointed with the blouse I bought from that store. It looked really nice at first, but when I took a closer look, I could tell it was made from cheap materials. The construction was basic, and those fake pockets were a huge letdown. On top of that, the blouse showed up three weeks late, even though they said it would be here in 7-10 days. What really got me upset was finding out that the store claims to be in NYC with high prices to cover rent, but my item actually came from China. It made me question if the store is honest. In the end, the blouse was only worth about $30, not the $92 I spent.

Poor quality, no return policy
I just bought something from this company and man, was I bummed out by how low-quality it was. Seriously did not meet my expectations at all. And to top it off, I couldn't even return it for a refund. The customer service here is seriously lacking and I'd tell anyone to steer clear of buying anything from them.

I recently bought a pair of pearl earrings and a bracelet from this company, and I have to say I'm really impressed with the quality and uniqueness of their handmade jewelry. The designs really stand out from what you see in regular stores, and I love that they care about sustainability too. I wear the pearl earrings all the time and get lots of compliments on them. The bracelet was a little big on me, but their customer service team was quick to help and arranged for a return. Overall, I'm happy with my experience and will definitely think about buying more jewelry from them in the future, especially for gifts during the holidays.
