Pearl earrings and bracelet
I recently bought a pair of pearl earrings and a bracelet from this company, and I have to say I'm really impressed with the quality and uniqueness of their handmade jewelry. The designs really stand out from what you see in regular stores, and I love that they care about sustainability too. I wear the pearl earrings all the time and get lots of compliments on them. The bracelet was a little big on me, but their customer service team was quick to help and arranged for a return. Overall, I'm happy with my experience and will definitely think about buying more jewelry from them in the future, especially for gifts during the holidays.
Girfriend's gift
I just bought a bunch of stuff to surprise my girlfriend and let me tell you, it was awesome. The website was super easy to use, they had a great selection of items, and checking out was a breeze. My girlfriend loved the pieces I picked out for her, and I could tell they were really high-quality and well-made. They were so pretty and special, just like I wanted them to be. I'm grateful for all the effort and skill put into each piece by the artisans. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back to shop here again.
Mismatched Earrings
I got earrings from here that were totally different from each other, and then the replacements they sent me were even put on backward. The first pair I got couldn't even be sent back, which was a letdown. Their customer service was okay, but they really need to step up their quality control game. I'd suggest taking a look at eBay for real pictures of the products before buying.
Gold-plated earrings
While I was looking for some cool jewelry, I found some dope gold-plated earrings that I really liked. I was so hyped to add them to my collection that I placed an order on the website right away. But man, the delivery process was a letdown. They said it would only take 2 to 3 days to get to me, but I ordered on the 3rd and I still haven't seen those earrings. It really sucked to see their website had such shady info on it. So I hit them up to ask about my stuff, and they said it was already shipped, but I still haven't gotten it. Overall, the service was super disappointing and I'm not happy with the whole deal.
