Unreliable purchase
This company is a total scam. I thought I was being a smart shopper by doing my homework before buying something, but Normest really let me down. The website looks legit and has that eco-friendly feel, but don't fall for it. The wallet I got was nothing like what they showed online - the quality was awful and it took forever to get to me. They blamed COVID for the shipping delays, but that just seems like an excuse. It's obvious they're just trying to hide their scam. When I tried to return the product, they made it really hard. They won't give you your money back, even if the item is brand new and in the original box. They draw out the whole process so you miss their return deadline. They have zero customer service and won't answer any messages. Save your money - don't make the same mistake I did by staying away from this company.
Misleading Return Policy
Avoid Normest at all costs. They have absolutely terrible customer service - no phone number to call for help and good luck trying to reach them for any order issues. Their return policy is a joke - they won't even respond to requests for returns or refunds. The customer chat is useless with automated responses that don't actually help. Save yourself the headache and don't waste your money on their overpriced products that aren't even worth it.
terrible product, fake reviews
This company is such a scam! I fell for all the hype around their product thanks to those glowing reviews, but it ended up being a complete piece of junk. Thought I was getting a steal with the sale price, but turns out it was way overpriced for what I got. When I tried to return it, they ghosted me. Ended up having to get my money back through my bank. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this company. Total rip-off!
Smartwatch
I was really let down by the smartwatch I got from this company. The quality was way worse than I thought it would be, and don't even get me started on the customer service - it was basically non-existent. The lack of help left me feeling annoyed and disappointed with the whole thing. Later on, I found out that the products are made and sent from a whole different country, which makes sense why they're so cheap and the customer service is so bad. I wish I hadn't wasted my money on this product that just wasn't worth it, especially when I could have gotten a way better one for way less money straight from the source.
Wallet
Wallet fell apart in 1 month, and the company has not responded to any requests as they promised they would. They don't even have a location associated with their store. Very, very shady.
Clothing
I was really let down by the clothes I got from that store. They were way lower quality than I expected based on their ads. And when I tried to reach out to customer service for a return, no one ever got back to me. I'm definitely never shopping there again after this experience.
Junk products
This company is the absolute worst! I purchased some terrible items and when I tried to return them, they completely ignored me. Their shipping is ridiculously slow and their customer service is terrible. I wouldn't even suggest this place to someone I dislike.
